One of the biggest Decathlon in Italy near the Milan, there some store in Milan area. We bought a tent here which their support and information for choosing was really helpful.

I happened to ask for help to almost everyone and to some more than once and they was always politely helping me. They did a very good job. I even called a few days later to ask how I should proceed with a change I needed to do (covid-19) and they was also very polite. I didn't had to wait much for the personal to answer.

Well stocked and organised, seems to have most of the typical decathlon departments,, has bike mechanics there, I would say it is a mid sized store I've visited larger ones and smaller good parking easy to find even from motorway

This Decathlon is not different from any of the other Decathlon all over Europe. Mega big store with all you could want in sports gear. Where Decathlon excells is the special offers that differ from store to store. If you are lucky you can make some real good deals by visiting some different stores. If you have special needs on sports, they probably won't have it because they cater to the average customer. Let's say 80% of the public. But I have not tested them to find out if they can meet special orders.
