My partner was in search of a place for sugaring and we came across this business… there was some communication issues as she didn’t speak fluent English and we didn’t speak any Italian which is our bad, not hers. She was very patient with us and was able to squeeze her in for an appointment which was highly appreciated! I recommend using a translator app and what’sapp to inquire and it should be fine :) My partner said she was friendly, professional, and well worth the visit! Thank you Agnese!!!

I am a student visiting Florence for the semester, and was so happy I found this place. The woman does not speak much, English but I was able through WhatsApp. She was so nice. I got a full Brazilian and they use sugar wax. Recommend!

Best wax I’ve ever had! My friend and I went together (it was her first time waxing and my fifth). Agnese was so sweet and FAST, I was done in 7 minutes. Incredible price for a full brazilian wax but with sugar which made it so much less painful then regular waxes. She was also so comforting and patient with my friend who had never had a wax before. She speaks mostly Italian, and my Italian is extremely lacking, but I scheduled over whatsapp no problem and didn’t have issues communicating when there. If you want a wax in Florence, go here.

Agnese is highly skilled warm, and cooperative. She greets me with a happy face all the time I get there. Her sugaring technique is amazing, never got irritation on my skin as she uses only natural high-quality products. She’s highly skilled in many different areas like facials, and massages. I'm always satisfied with the results and I highly appreciate her professionalism and the quality of work she provides. Love this place and its atmosphere.

Great place. I’ve waxed for years, but never tried the sugar. She makes her own sugar wax! She was professional, exceptionally courteous and kind. The facilities were super clean. I don’t speak any Italian, but was able to use google translate and WhatsApp messaging to make an appointment. She doesn’t speak a lot of English, but the language barrier really wasn’t a problem at all! I’d go back again, without question.
