Large Decathlon. To my knowledge, the biggest in Florence. I've been to the other one and it didn't have anything. This one is stocked with all gear for all sports. Went there to get a Christmas present but got the wrong size. So went back to exchange it with no problem. Love buying small size soccer balls for my dogs to play with. Great shop and all staff was super nice to us at all time.

I love these stores. I always make a point to stop in. Awesome prices on clothes. Tons of hobby stuff. Always buy running shorts and shorts here. 5-10 bucks each.

Great store! Huge selection of everything you need for sport! Great prices! They speak English (great young men was at the register desk two hours ago). They have WiFi inside and toilets.

I bought horse riding pants there. The pants ripped themselves the first time I wore them. Went to a refund. The answer was a no, because, according to them, it was used more than one time, and/or also I didn't washed them with care. Once again, they ripped themselves apart the first time I used them. The people there not only sell bad articles. Their customer care tells they don't know how to run a business, and they will steal you in perfect good faith. My advice: avoid this place and go to professional sellers specialized in your discipline.

I bought a pair of shoes 2-3 weeks ago and the seam on one of my shoes came loose. I tried to returned this pair and get a new one. They told me that my feet is too big for this shoes and thats why it happend . They didnt even look at my feet tho. I told them that its not a problem with my feet as I bought exacklty the same pair of shoes like a year ago and they were perfectly fine. Everybody was nice , but still not willing to help.

This is the worst service in europe i don't recommend you buy goods here because they put other sizes on the shoes i just trusted not to make mistakes and when i came to the claim they did nothing they only offered to buy the remaining shoes in size for 65€ i agreed to buy but they gave the shoes without boxes and without a package is it possible, I think the manager is the most clueless not adequate staff of this department store if so they allow these without human relations

I've went to this store today and some times before every time I had a bad experience more than that it's a very sad experience maybe it's my brown skin or what. every time i look back there's a big African Gard behind me hovering like a dog looking straight at me today the guy followed me until i got out of the store It's very sad 🥺 I'm not a rich person i specially go to this place riding my bike for 30 min for the cheep stuff they sell And every time this happened its not good in store experience
