The location and price of this B&B is perfect, and Raffaello does his best to keep the place meticulously clean. As a solo traveler, I stayed in a single room and was not able to enjoy the wonderful views from the double rooms with balcony, but the room was clean and quiet with AC next to a shared bathroom. I enjoyed staying here and talking with Raffaello who was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back here to stay in one of the bigger rooms.

It is a sub-rented room in an old apartment. Breakfast is far from being included! Even the kitchen is locked, so that the only way to get some cold water during this hot summer, with no a/c, is to go to the WC and drink there. The host invites you to cancel your reservation through Booking so that you could save some money (the touristic taxes), what also makes you lose any opportunity to post any critic review on that platform. It looks like a not very legal deal...

Good location & clean room. Self-check in is convenient. Not so good for a stay with bicycle, had to carry it up to the 6th floor. Little misunderstanding about breakfast, which I didn't get in the end. But all in all, pretty solid for the price.

Staying here now. Checked in yesterday for 3 nights and have just come back after a long day out to find my room has been made up, towels changed, bed made and shutters down. Hotel service without staying in hotel! Raffaelo has been more than nice and offered me espresso on arrival which was a nice touch. I'm staying in the double room with terrace and the view from it is beautiful despite the freezing fog! It's also very central. I can definitely recommend it, and Bologna, and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Raffaello!

No free breakfast and not ensuite bathrooms. Lovely room, very clean, view as described, well situated for historic centre, bus 25 from Stazione serves.

Very good position to visit the centre of Bologna. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Only small comment about the second sleeping room which is tiny, but main room can be used more comfortably as second sleeping room.

Loved our stay in this clean, roomy apartment! We everything we needed and is one of the best places we have stayed in Europe so far. We highly recommend it to others!

Really unpleasant hosts who did absolutely nothing to address problems we called them about (not providing sheets for the second bed and a clogged sink). The apartment would be fine but the services is terrible. Note: there were two of us and I would LOVE to see the plumber's invoice as no plumber arrived. We were told to go to the shop and buy a plunger if it was a problem.
