One
month
sign
up
fee
was
90€.
They'll
issue
you
a
card
which
you'll
turn
in
every
time
you
enter
and
pick
up
when
you
leave.
The
gym
is
small,
really
small,
but
enough
weights
to
keep
the
strength
and
size
away
from
home.
Every
once
in
a
while
they'll
move
a
couple
of
machines
around
to
reinvent
the
space
but
you
can't
create
space...it's
always
a
tight
fit.
If
it's
an
Italian
Holiday
the
gym
is
closed
all
day.
A
good
but
limited
variety
of
machines.
Oddly
a
Hammer
strength
like
military
and
straight
press,
and
not
an
incline
(
my
favorite).
Only
one
preacher
bench,
and
only
one
curl
bar
for
the
whole
gym.
If
somebody
grabs
it
for
french
curls
you're
gonna
have
to
wait
til
they're
done.
Same
thing
with
the
two
flat
bench
press
and
one
incline
bench
press
rack.
One
free
weight
squat
rack
and
one
Smith's
machine
rack.
If
you're
benching
or
squatting
405#
you'll
be
using
half
the
20kg
plates
in
the
gym.
Eventhough
there
are
signs
not
to
do
this
...I've
seen
someone
take
the
olympic
bar
to
do
floor
hip
lifts.
There
is
no
free
weight
leg
press
just
the
stack
weight
one.
The
dumbles
are
limited
and
only
go
up
to
40kg
/
90
lbs.
They've
got
3
or
4
adjustable
benches
in
the
smallish
dumbell
room.
There
is
a
second
floor
laminate
floor
area
seemingly
for
group
classes.
On
the
other
hand
people
put
their
weights
away
which
is
pretty
nice.
Showers
are
free,
clean,
with
hot
water,
bring
soap
and
a
towel.
They
have
good
sized
lockers
in
the
changing
rooms.
Bring
a
lock
or
they
can
lend
you
a
(free)
key
to
their
small
lockers,
for
wallets
etc,
which
are
right
up
across
from
the
front
desk.
They've
got
plenty
of
stair
masters,
and
treadmills
but
something
like
three
stationary
bikes,
one
of
them
recombinant.
Front
desk
person
is
nice.
I
heard
gyms
outside
the
city
center
are
cheaper
but
if
you're
too
far
to
keep
going
consistently..what's
the
point.
