My reception experience was terrible, the desire to sign up disappears. At the reception there is a lady with black hair who is so rude, rude and unsympathetic that I wondered who hired her. My daughter has been going to the gym for 4 years and we would like to join too but honestly the staff who should be the mirror of the company are unspeakable. Along with her, another character is the dark-haired boy with a mustache, dull and unmotivated. Honestly DISAPPOINTED.

Definitely a beautiful gym from a sporting point of view. We gave my partner the season ticket as a gift in January 2020. There was no type of communication, an email, a phone call, a whast up message... nothing! I, who went to another much smaller gym in Scandicci, was notified at all times of the pandemic. These people took the money (69 euros a month) and pocketed it effortlessly. Only later did I discover on the internet that there was a question of reimbursement with a voucher or something similar.....they boast so much when you go to see their gym and you seem to be at the center of the world...I can assure you that it is not Like this.

Excellent facility, qualified gym staff, very clean, 5 STARS. The only flaw, but in my opinion important, there are people who use the machines, where you sit and lean on your back, without a towel. It's not just that it's dangerous due to Covid, it personally disgusts me to go and sit on a machine where the previous user has just gotten up and leaves a sweat stain. I don't understand why these people aren't sent away and asked to come back with a towel. It's expensive, it's worth what it costs but other people's sweat disgusts me even more than my own.

The most beautiful and happiest place you could find was the Klab in Prato, it left our hearts and the hope that it will reopen somewhere else 😢😘

It is a super-equipped gym with large, airy spaces. Clean changing rooms with relaxing music... It's also great to have a sauna after your exercises. The pool is large and not very crowded and the courses are very nice.. If I can afford it I would add an extra course in the morning because after d 10.30am there is nothing left until 1.30pm.! This limits a bit if you can't go very soon! All in all a good choice that I would happily make again!!
