15€ is a good price to stay all day, plus they give you restaurant tickets to ask for a discount...the place is clean especially for some dead wasps on the pool water, also if you dont want kids around is not the right place, i think the problem is when animators start dancing and playing music people just occupy all the pool space and you can't do anything anymore, lifeguards won't stop people jumping inside the pool but they would stop them while they sit close to the bar. Place is full of wasps so if you are intollerant to them stinging you, it's a problem for your health, garderners should send them away. On top of the building there is a huge gym. It's a good place for freshening up during a hot summer.

The building room is large, the staff is very courteous and helpful, several of the machines are really old, I honestly would have expected more. A renovation was due

Great indoor pool for the winter. A little expensive for children but it's okay.

In so many years i never have seen the water of a swimming pool so turbid. By the time i put my swimming glasses i was horrified by the amount of plastic, hair and sediments. Music and kid attraction (i.e. slides) were ok. It is very expensive, especially when most of the walls are badly painted and maintained, many hydromassage places are not working and overall cleaning it is definitely to reconsider. Many cleaner alternatives in town at better price.

Nice place to spend a day with friends or family. I dislike the strong chlorine smell.

Probably the only water park in Florence. Compared to German standards it doesn't do well, but it's probably above average for Italian standards. Staff is always friendly. Entrance fees are okay.

Nice indoor pool and also outdoor pool in summer. 2 slides: These hurt your back because you can clearly feel the edges of the pipes.

We liked it.. Especially one of the many water gymnastics people.. who was loud but very efficient.. Uno.. Due . Tre.. Ancora.. Ultimo.. Perfecto))) :)

Celebrated my 9 year old son's birthday with his classmates... everything was perfect! Top organisation... the children are looked after with attention and have a blast! Excellently organized aperitif for parents...Highly recommended!

Some fitness courses are packed with people and the teachers certainly don't bother to find a place for you despite the required reservation. I think I'll run out of membership and never set foot there again. Hi Hidron

Welcoming and clean environment, friendly staff, I would limit the use of cell phones to lifeguards.

If you’re in the Florence area and the kids need a break from sightseeing, I highly recommend Hidron pool. There are both indoor and outdoor pools (one indoor pool is heated). 52 euros for a family of 4 package, which included two lounge chairs & an umbrella and access to lockers/showers (BYO toiletries). You need a swim cap, but they sell them at the shop on site. If you need a quiet space to work or make a call, there are indoor spaces for that as well. Great facilities and delicious lunch (I wish US pools offered real meals like this at pools.) You can also bring your lunch. The kids had a blast and it was not overwhelming. It is not a water park but had the perfect amount of activities so parents can relax - two slides & the bouncy thing in pic. Finally, the staff was SO friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I took my daughter to a birthday party and in the confusion of the changing rooms she had forgotten her beauty bag. Contacted the facility the following day who quickly found it and made it available for collection at the desk. Nowadays, where the customer is just a number, it is especially when on the other side you perceive the commitment and desire to return something lost. Truly many compliments to Rossana who was very kind but compliments to all the staff. Well done, good, good

The water in the indoor pool where they take swimming lessons is really dirty and smelly.

I cannot leave 5 stars for the simple fact that there is no lifeguard among the lifeguard staff... THE SHERIFF!!! Those two times that we came in July with my family we saw him saving children, old women in difficulty, foiling robberies and much more! However, jokes aside, it's a nice place to spend a Sunday afternoon, I recommend going there🫶🏻

I went there a couple of times a few years ago since I lived in the area. Beyond the exorbitant prices and the overcrowding that makes the water practically a knorr broth, the second time I had a bad experience after which I decided that I would never set foot in it again... As soon as I got home I noticed that the zip on the inside pocket of my jacket was broken and, checking my wallet which was in that pocket, I realized that all my cash had been stolen. I had closed my locker with the electronic bracelet that they had given me at reception and I remember well having checked that it was closed correctly after placing my objects in it. I returned to the facility and told the receptionist that I had suffered a theft but without even letting me finish explaining she immediately replied "I'm sorry but we are not responsible for the thefts that occur in the car park", to which I immediately understood that it was a pre-compiled response that they probably use often and that the girl, although very young, was very well educated on the subject. I replied that the theft had taken place in the changing rooms and with the locker electronically locked and asked if they had a director or someone in charge. . He said yes and so I asked if I could talk to him. Without even picking up a telephone or an intercom he replied that he was busy at that moment (perhaps hearing him telepathically who knows) and I therefore asked if he had an internal number or a mobile phone to call him. She replied that the manager didn't have a phone, and that's how you decide to end my experience with this establishment called Hidron forever.
