A good hotel for the tourists. The complimentary breakfast was arranged separately for Indian tourists and the buffet spread was not elaborate.

Really really bad hotel ! It’s dangerous! The people who will broken your windows at night ,try to steal something from your car I was just parking in the hotel ! But hotel don’t care , i think it happened everyday it’s normal for them ! And police also don’t care about it Because I saw everywhere have the different color glasses ! I don’t if it’s the hotel workers did ! Who knows ? We can’t check the cameras! Never come again !

More like a cheap road side motel. If WiFi needed had to come to the reception area. Lights in passage areas were not working and was kind of scary to reach rooms at night.

This hotel has got quiet and picturesque surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well maintained . Our room had small window. We were pleasantly surprised because Indian food was arranged for dinner as well as breakfast.Food was of good taste and quality

We stayed at this hotel with Cost saver tours x 2 days. Good stay , breakfast is good.20 minutes walk to the Prato central station to get to Florence. Bedrooms are spacious with an average bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful.Good place to stay with family and children.

Stay on 26.05.2018 : Nice clean hotel with painting and art wall design. Reception in basement, so little bit difficult for check in with our big luggage. Room is spacious with having long table and big cupboard. The minus is : No kettle for making hot water. Also the shower chamber is so small.

A bit run down hotel/ apt Rooms light were dim. Corridor lights were motion activated. The lights were off quite fast. Will not recommend to stay with children as there are no connecting rooms.

I was in the room. The air conditioner was not working. As it is aged, temperatures was not going down even we have set to lowest temperature. Room design was in a way some pockets is very high in temperature and some in relatively low but not up to set temperature. They offered me 2nd room, that also have same problem. The person in night shift offer me full refund. But morning shift person say not and changed whole story.

The whole hotel smelt like smoke and the elevators could only fit 2 people. The only way to get from floor to floor and even the reception was stairs, and the lights wouldn’t come on in any stairwell. When we got to our room we found black mold in the shower that was spotted very easily. We were told it’s just the marble until the staff came up and we’re able to scrape it off with a screwdriver. They did not offer anything to reconcile the situation. The floors and countertops were not very clean, and many others on the trip complained about water seeping through the floor and strong cigarette smoke smell. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Good value for the money, but wish they were allowed to use the air conditioning after September 30th. Apparently the local government doesn't allow a.c. to be used after September.

Nice hotel and spacious room in Florence. Miami restaurant is just 350 meters away. Dinner is not available but breakfast was good.

Room spacious with average bathroom and clean, tasty and quality breakfast, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and clean. Coffee machine did not dispense coffee only milk.
