Very friendly staff and good service for a hostel. Bathrooms were clean and showers large (good water pressure as well!). It's small hostel so feels quite intimate. Very good location. You can see the Duomo and walk to the station in 5 mins. Lots of stores nearby, including laundromat and nice restaurants. Only downside is that the street is quite loud so not ideal if you're a lighter sleeper.

Nice and clean hostel. Easy to get to and very central. Rooms are not crowded. Beds are comfortable and clean. There is no kitchen. The street outside is noisy. You are getting great value for money.

The location is great! You can go walk around town, go back and rest, then go back exploring! The rooms are nice, comfortable, clean. Only 3 people per room which i found great. The service is pretty nice.

Good Service, and pretty clean. Very cold rooms tho, heating barely works, not sure about the clean sheets and towels.

On the Venice shores. Great view for the summers. Really cold at winters around it. Next to prime locations. In central point

Hostel itself is very nice, good location and pleasant atmosphere though staff could be more polite. I am not ready to be shouted by the administrator for asking why hours of check-in are different on Booking’s confirmation letter. Before you arrive: read the e-mail sent by staff carefully and don’t be confused by Booking timetable as I was. Also, if you arrive earlier 1 p.m., be ready to leave your luggage in the corridor. It is “usually safe”. Otherwise hear “MAYBE YOU CAN FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PLACE” & “WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM”. 3* instead 1* because two members of staff finally proposed me other, more safe options to store luggage, like behind the administrator’s desk or in the lockers. They were also somehow nice and said sorry for misunderstanding as I did too.

90 bucks for a dorm room with a non-functionning shower, ac blasting all night long, dirty stuff all around and poor customer service. This is a scam. A serious one.
