He makes small batches to ensure the gelato's taste and texture is consistent. There are always a couple special seasonal flavours alongside a decent variety of staples. The staple gelato flavours also go beyond the standard pistachio and hazelnut to less common flavours like riso. Luca's gelato also caters to vegans, diabetics and lactose intolerant people which most flavours being vegan. Lastly, the service by Luca and his staff had us coming back on a daily basis, if not twice daily!

Delicious ice cream and granita (crushed ice) with local flavors. Melon with 50% of real fruit, pistacchio salato, I can't even choose which one is the best. Seriously better than a lot of gelato places in Firenze - not to mention the lower prices. Whenever you're roaming around Tuscany, this is worth a visit. 💚
