An amazing experience! When we got there Jose took care of us and he was very informative, polite and attentive. He took us on the tour, the cellars and the tasting with a 4 course meal. We don't have any complaints, just very good things to say. P.S.: they have a beautiful kitten that plays with everyone in the winery ❤️

Very disappointed to find out how inflexible they were. First, I booked wine tasting & food pairings via their website. Then I contacted them via Instagram to find out if they have a restaurant as we always like to eat after wine. They said they do of course. But then I received an email saying that their restaurant is closed and that they can't offer vegetarian food pairings (my hubby and I don't eat meat) and therefore I should only book the standard wine tasting. First of all, I think preparing vegetarian pairings should not be a big deal and secondly why conflicting information between Instagram and emailing. I thankfully found another place were they were more than happy to accommodate our needs and the time of arrival too. Thank you, byeeee.

very bad guest service! We arrived and were surprised about what we found negative. The rooms are very cold and are not as promised. The worst thing is that the whole night light shines from the hallway into the room and the whole building is extremely clairaudient (we heard our neighbors as if they were standing next to the bed). The first morning we reported directly to the front desk, so we can not have a relaxing holiday whereupon we spoke with the boss (Serena) and she showed us understanding and promised us that we only have to pay for this night but the prepaid He can reclaim the amount of 750 euros later, which we then did. Unfortunately, every single email I sent was ignored by the hotel. no answer, no reaction and no refund. Now we have paid 750 euros for a gruesome night. We advise all other guests to stay away from this hotel, they will be disappointed and cheated

Bio wineyard , very friendly family, awesome place, nice view, goooooood wines.

The location Is really beautiful, the wine assortment is also pretty good, I particularly loved the roses being mid August and 35C. The food was also nice as it provided the opportunity to combine wine and small portions. All in all the staff was lovely and the tour of the vineyard was interesting. Why only 3 star? They closed the swimming pool mid summer "due to covid" and provided only access to the owners. Sorry but is a lame excuse when every other places had it open in Tuscany. I'd definitely go another time but never again in mid summer without pool.

The wines at Capezzana are some of the best. If you are lucky enough, schedule a tour and try to get a cooking class. I have been here several.times and it is always an wonderful experience. More than a 5 star review.

We visited the winery for a tour and tasting, dinner, and an overnight stay. We had a great tour and learned a lot. I felt like they really let you see everything - it's not like some tours where you only go into two rooms. Dinner was amazing. The one small note is that the wifi in the room was non-existent, but it worked well on the shared terrace and it was kind of nice to go offline for a day. Overall a beautiful place and a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful place with great wines. Perfect for Agri tourism. The tour and tasting experience was really good and the staff is really nice and helpful. I loved waking up to such beautiful place and landscape

We spent the afternoon away from the city to do lunch here followed by the wine tour and tasting experience. Food and service for lunch was top notch, and the wine tour was exceptional. Our guide (Alice, i think) was very well versed on the winery and its history. The tasting following the tour was so good we bought some to send home! Please make this a part of your Florence trip!
