The hotel is in a remote location. The design of the bathroom is so bad that every time you take a bath, the water can cover the entire bathroom floor. The quilt in the hotel was very old and even pilling. Turning on the air conditioner sounds like a motorcycle engine starting sound. Hotel WiFi is basically down.

Hotel dated but clean and comfortable. We chose this Hotel from the reviews and proximity to our next morning appointment. The reception was excellent, with all the safety measures adopted. The rooms are large and with the comforts expected for the amount paid. All clean and well-kept and, even if it needs a newer interior decoration, we enjoyed it.

In restaurant every meal is a delightful journey for the taste buds. The menu showcases a fusion of flavors and ingredients that create a culinary experience to remember.

Perfect location specially if you travel by car. A perfect breakfast. Sparkling clean rooms and nice staff. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place and I cant recommend more.

This establishment, regrettably, embodies a lamentable amalgamation of service deficiencies, staff comportment bereft of congeniality, malfunctioning apparatuses, and a lavatorial architectural design so fundamentally flawed that it elicits a profound sense of consternation. An experience so far removed from the zenith of hospitality that one is compelled to question the very essence of the term "accommodation."

We used this hotel as last night stay before leaving from Florence Airport. Just a 15m drive. Rooms in the hotel are recently renovated and looked very nice. There were also good chairs and a small table. The bathroom has a modern rainshower, although the temperature was a bit unstabile. So was the Wifi. My son really liked the swimming pool. And so did I.

VERY BAD. not recommend for tourist. hotel very tourist unfriendly and hotel facility given is often faulty. rooms have dim light. elevator is not working. television channel only in italian. there is also no shower door which is quite dumb, making whole toilet wet.

Good, warm room with a good shower. Place is positioned as an art hotel so expect some modern 'arts' in the compound. Breakfast was pretty limited in options and can be better.

Really do not recommend staying at this hotel. Even the floor on the streets are better. 1. Hotel staff is very unfriendly and impatient, staff often avoid answering the phone when we call. 2. Walls are as thin as paper. My sleep keeps getting disrupted by people above and under talking like dogs barking. 3. Toilet is designed stupidly - no doors at shower area, water will be everywhere when shower head turned on 4. Hotel located in remote area - nothing surrounding the hotel, how inconvenient 5. Breakfast food is cold and processed, basically inedible 6. NO WATER PROVIDED - HAVE TO PAY 2 EUROS TO REFILL WATER WHICH IS ILLOGICAL (what generation are we living in where we still have to pay for water in a hotel???)

I must say, this was a very nice hotel. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The bed is low, but was so nice and soft. Also, a very large bath tub with shower, which was used for a very refreshing and relaxing soak. Now the breakfast, that's entirely a different rating. If I could, I would give it a -1. The eggs, scramble, were very wet and cold. The only "Hot" meat was what was described as beacon was cold, didn't even look cooked. My recommendation is to cross the street and go to McDonald's. They are open 24 / 7 We had a great egg beacon cheese muffin. They also have very good coffee, as I was told. Only spent 1 night, so I'm not able to speak about anything else, except the front desk staff was very friendly and professional.

Good place to lodge, nice location rooms are well kept and clean apart from the bathroom which needs an extended hose on the shower 🚿, as for the rest good

Big and clean room. Very good breakfast with a lot to choose. Well attended, with any problem.

A few days ago I made a review on this hotel. I wrote that you cannot have privacy and I was referring to the thickness of the walls. You can hear every whisper, the neighbors wake you up if they arrive at 4 in the morning...you can hear everything. I was not referring to documents, it is normal to certify your identity everywhere in the world. There is nothing to comment about the quality of the services, cleaning and the attitude of the staff.. All respect. It's a pity that those who respond to the appreciations made do not think more and make unwanted allusions.

Very good location (we were traveling by car) & very helpful staff but the hotel needs renovation big time! We were given a room with malfunctioning Fan/AC which was making a lot of noise. We had to change the room in the night since they were not able to solve the problem. Next morning we had to change the room again since the room we were shifted to was from the higher category & they can't let us stay bcz of the price! The bathroom of the room or 'Suite' had clogging problems with no water drainage in shower. All in all we had seen 3 rooms of the hotel in 24hrs of arrival. Breakfast is also below average as per 4* standards. Street Parking is available for free. The underground Hotel parking costs 4€ per day.

Great staff, great breakfast. We used the basic standard room which looked like a retro style. The bed and the rest of the furniture looks pretty old. That could be improved. The prices are very reasonable. Great value for your money. Besides that we got a wonderful service. Recommended for travellers.

It is in the outskirts of the town. We stayed only one night. Our room was spacious, but it was connected to the next room with a door, which I could open and I find this as a minus. The breakfast was not very versatile. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. One of the night stands was covered with dirt, which looked like dried puke.

A very beautiful hotel, opposite the museum and has a lovely swimming pool. The lobby is spacious and staff at the reception try to help as much as they can. The hotel does not start airconditioners when the temperature outside is low. The seating area is in as well as outside the hotel area. Quaint but appealing. Will post pictures on same. Few places for parking. The restaurant serves a succulent beef steak and Italian food. They have a good selection of local wine. Breakfast spread is good and they have banquet room on the first floor. Rooms are big enough and with comfortable beds . If you keep the window open, the traffic on the highway can disturb you. Overall a nice hotel to stay near Florence

Due to cancelled trains we decided to stay one night in Prato. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and the pool was nice. The airconditioning in the room was very weak, although it was on the lowest setting we felt hot in the night. The decor is very dated and needs an upgrade. It felt more like an old business hotel than somewhere to go on a holiday. You have to rent the towels to use at the pool and the prices at the bar are very expensive. There are buses to the train station a 7 minute walk away, which was helpful for us in the morning. The prices seem to vary depending on the days that you book - for us it was reasonable, but i wouldnt go when the prices are higher.
