We stayed at the Hotel Hermitage for a week and we really enjoyed our time. Its location made it super easy for us to travel and visit nearby cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca, while also discovering more local cities and areas. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant were super friendly and always there when needed. There was also always someone at the reception which made everything easier. The pool space is a bit small for so many people but we still managed to enjoy it and it is a nice space when not crowded. The rooms are good, although they look a bit outdated and the bathroom is perhaps a little small. The Wi-Fi also gave us some problems but ended up working during most of our stay. Overall, we would recommend the hotel, we had a very pleasant stay and would love to come again😊 Recommended for families as well as couples or groups.

Hotel is on top of hills with quiet and beautiful views. Very neat and clean. Staff very friendly . Breakfast buffet available but no lunch options. The dinner is a nice 3 course meal for a good price. Pleasant stay. Recommended if you have a car.

This place is trying very hard to be a better quality than the stars it has. Family room was 2 rooms which is always a bonus. Breakfast was great. Bitten all over at poolside. Not much around the immediate area

Very helpful staff and a nice hotel out of the way of your normal tourist. Rooms are a little basic but have air conditioning &a tv. The pool is also good.

Friendly and very clean hotel

Nice hotel with great view, pool and lots of parking places. In my opinion the breakfast is worse because of the coffee machine, juice, small sortiment.

This hotel was great but definitely you need a car. Service was 100% great staff starting from Sandro to the Manager and the lady forgot her name. Restaurant magnifico.

A really nice hotel in a quiet, secluded place. The rooms are modest but clean and functional, my only complaint is that the curtains couldnt fully cover the window (maybe the issue was related to the room in which we stayed in), so I got woken up early by the morning sun. It's close enough to Florence, allowing easy daily car trips and has a large supermarket nearby. Prato and Pistoia are within 10 minutes of car drive too. Free private parking available. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. WiFi is excellent. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cozy hotel with a great restaurant and beautiful views.

Nice little spot 20 mins by car/train to Florence The only thing I can complain about is daylight hours in summer, and as early as June, the pool closes at 7.30pm. We are out all day, and July want to swim when we get back. That would be nice The hotel is quite dated but comfortable enough for the price The kitchen chef could do with a boost It seems so quiet that the hotel could almost close. If good food was made, this could be a real attraction. Maybe the restaurants food prices are a little too overpriced- we did not eat there because of this

Very old hotel with uncomfortable beds, broken air condition, very dirty pool and bathrooms. The air condition was super loud but the room was still over 25 degrees. We got a fan to help us sleep. Not expected for 125€ per night 😡 The restaurant is overpriced and the food is terrible. They try to be creative but simply can’t cook! The breakfast is a joke. No fresh juice, just dry bread and toast.

Aged hotel, noisy hotel especially in the morning, concierge in the night has very bad attitude with customers, restaurant inside need to be improved, the location is not bad.
