Costsaver must stop using this hotel .Safe in room did not work all members of your proup complaint that the Aircon dit not work properly . Group leader himself not satisfied with the food . Wil complain to Costsaver Nol

firstly the staff we got working at the counter was rude and made us (a tour group) feel so unwelcome to the hotel. the breakfast was horrendous , there were so little options to choose from but clearly u pay what u get . the only good thing about breakfast was the crossiants but other than that the breakfast room was so squeeze and u can hardly walk around esp when there so many people. Thirdly , the location was neither here nor there , it’s better to live in the hotel near to the shopping mall (igigli) than this hotel even if u have to pay additional prices. However, the room was spacious so no complaints. The staffs working at the dinner place was good though just DEFINITELY NOT the ones working at the breakfast place. And there’s no wifi at all , idk whether other rooms can access it but even at the lobby we didn’t have wifi like what kind of hotel doesn’t provide people with wifi ????? NEVER stay here

We stayed here as part of a tour group. To this point all the staff at hotels were great, even ones with lesser amenities like no air conditioning. This stay started out ok, with a friendly staff at checkin and in the restaurant. This was until we got to our breakfast. We were practically yelled at like little children for not sitting in our area or staying on “our side” of the buffet. If they wanted us away from their other guests, that’s fine, then put us in our own room. It’s not like the buffet was packed either, at most there were 6 other people…we were a group of 30+. They were also slow to refill the buffet items and the water, which was critical in the sweltering heat. I hope they instruct their staff a bit better to be accommodating to guests. As for other items, the beds are hard, shower didn’t really get warm, and wifi barely worked in the room if you could connect at all.

Bad hotel service with the restaurant staff so rude & racist to Asian customers as point us up and down from 1st floor go down twice and coming up by instructions by reception but deny to enter the break fast room as the entrance door is different but can entre from the 1st floor through the room entrance. If the hotel can not accept Asian customers better say so in the web, we are from Malaysia & Korea can get a better hotel there with better service . Asian pleas

I just left this hotel, horrible customer service!!! I travel with a group. When we arrived, they were not ready to recieve us, treated a group of 60 nearly as a regular front desk registration. The worst happened at breakfast time. The staff was not ready to serve our breakfast at 7:00, eventhough our tour lead kindly asked multiple times to the hotel staff about our tight schedule. They took us with our bags for a ridiculous, offending and rude tour around the ground and 1st floor, across room hallways, not to the restaurant, but to a small room with an improvised setup with very limited space, limited food, burned crossaints (totally black). We could not get breakfast, instead we got insulted by the staff ladies, they yelled at our tour lead, yelled at customers showing no concern for customer service, she left the room showing the middle finger, we have video and pictures to prove it. I can't believe a hotel like this can have such a horrible staff working there. The room space is good, beds and furniture somewhat dated, but good enough to rest. You'll get a tiny hand soap and the tynest shampoo bottle for 2 persons, luckily we brought ours, bring yours or be ready to ask for more units. I'd never ever go back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone

The only good things were spacious rooms and nice staff at reception. The breakfast was especially bad, don't buy it: they don't restock it, so if you don't wake up early there won't be anything left over.

So far the worst place to stay in Italy. The bathroom really needs renovation, the drainage system needs to be repaired. It was a nightmare to take a shower and the water cant be drained. The service was terrible. The food in the morning wasnt filled properly, many main dishes were not filled. Never come again!

:D To be honest the only positive point is the price, and I guess you could say, you get what you pay for. Under EUR 170 for a triple and a double room wouldn’t get you far. Staff were friendly enough for what the hotel was. :( Rooms were run down and dusty. Bathroom need was outdated and needed an immediate redone. Holes and scratched on the wall both inside the room and in common areas. Breakfast was shocking, but hey, it was only EUR 7. Overall if you need a place to sleep and leave in the morning this will do and won't cost much.

Went with my school and it was alright. Same food, same pasta, same croissants but it was generally alright.

I was staying here as part of a travel group tour of europe and we had an included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was very disappointing. Chicken was dry with just olive oil on top and the polenta was the worst i've had! Breakfast however, was by far the worst of this trip so far. The bread was dry, stale, I couldn't even cut through it! And the eggs are fake, powdered. I couldn't finish my breakfast. And the bacon! burnt on one side and not cooked on the other. And some of the waiters/cooks were rude as well. Definitely didn't get all that I payed for. If you are staying here, plan on going out for dinner after the dinner at the hotel, and pack snacks for breakfast on your own.

The room is bigger than the one I stayed in yesterday. 😊 But the sound insulation is very bad.😔

For business travelers very good. Free parking. Very good typical restaurants around

Breakfast is basic and the location is out a bit. Rooms were big and clean and dinner at the restaurant was lovely.

Rooms are decent n clean....but breakfast varieties, quality n amount sucks!! Food has to be rationed among guests which is ridiculous! The waiters simply ignored you when you informed them that there are no more food...Guests paid for breakfast n yet there's no food!!!

That a old design hotel. Breakfast not good n less of variety All room are pretty huge clean and tidy Coach parking, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. That no hyper market, mini market beside hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel

Hotel is generally very nice, restaurant was great, bar and barman first class but the passages and room are a little shabby. The room was really hot so had to open the window and being on the highway side it was very noisy from 5am.. anyway it got me up and in the hotel gym which is also qiite nice.

Spacious room but few amenities. Very small shower despite the large bathroom. Remote location. Our room smelled of smoke and the air conditioning did not work properly, not good on a 37C day. Front desk staff was confused and overloaded. Breakfast staff were rude and not pleasant. Would not stay here again.

Good way to spend a night transitioning to your next destination. Close from the airport and the train station. Expect the service of a chain hotel, but with some nice artsy touch . Play pool and enjoy the fitness room if you want. Staff is nice, place is clean. We did have to change room because of a bad smell in the bathroom, but there was no hesitation from the staff and they made it happen very quickly.
