this
hotel,
horrible
customer
service!!!
I
travel
with
a
group.
When
we
arrived,
they
were
not
ready
to
recieve
us,
treated
a
group
of
60
nearly
as
a
regular
front
desk
registration.
The
worst
happened
at
breakfast
time.
The
staff
was
not
ready
to
serve
our
breakfast
at
7:00,
eventhough
our
tour
lead
kindly
asked
multiple
times
to
the
hotel
staff
about
our
tight
schedule.
They
took
us
with
our
bags
for
a
ridiculous,
offending
and
rude
tour
around
the
ground
and
1st
floor,
across
room
hallways,
not
to
the
restaurant,
but
to
a
small
room
with
an
improvised
setup
with
very
limited
space,
limited
food,
burned
crossaints
(totally
black).
We
could
not
get
breakfast,
instead
we
got
insulted
by
the
staff
ladies,
they
yelled
at
our
tour
lead,
yelled
at
customers
showing
no
concern
for
customer
service,
she
left
the
room
showing
the
middle
finger,
we
have
video
and
pictures
to
prove
it.
I
can't
believe
a
hotel
like
this
can
have
such
a
horrible
staff
working
there.
The
room
space
is
good,
beds
and
furniture
somewhat
dated,
but
good
enough
to
rest.
You'll
get
a
tiny
hand
soap
and
the
tynest
shampoo
bottle
for
2
persons,
luckily
we
brought
ours,
bring
yours
or
be
ready
to
ask
for
more
units.
I'd
never
ever
go
back
to
this
place
and
would
never
recommend
it
to
anyone
