There are a few restaurants in the camp with limited dining options in the immediate vicinity outside the camp. The same limited menu was offered in each of the camp restaurants, the food was mediocre and a many of the staff were disinterested or extremely rude - arrogance thrives in a captive market with no competition. Customer service was unresponsive - you have to dial a UK number to contact customer service even when in the cabin. They didn't respond to our requests to fix a few faults in the cabin. There is only one Aircon unit in the cabin with none in any of the bedrooms. Sleeping was uncomfortable. No WiFi in the cabins and mobile data signal very weak. We won't be returning.

Good for a week but we stayed 10 days and it gets a little repetitive. Campsite has lots going on and nice bar and restaurant area. Mix of nationalities. Very hilly outside of main area so would not be very accessible or buggy friendly. Great for families with kids up to early teens.

It was our second time there and it’s definitely changed since Covid. Everything is much more expensive and I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being ripped off a little. Ice creams at the pool were €3.50! We paid over €60 to rent disposable sheets! Also the shuttle bus does not run often outside of peak season (we were there a week before peak) and as we had no car this year, it was very difficult to leave the campsite - there were 2 morning times and two evening times and if you take the shuttle to town it only gives you 45 minutes in Figline before the return trip. This was especially worrying when the grocery shops ran out of meat and fresh milk and veg and there was none in stock for 5 days! We lived on pasta and sauce. No-one seemed to know when fresh food was being delivered. Also the restaurants were quite badly organised - we waited 45 min for starters, the mains weren’t cooked properly and the wrong dishes arrived for some of our guests. Dinner took 3 hours and cost a lot for what we got. The fish and chip take away is gone as is the coffee shop. So you have a choice of 3 restaurants - all with the same things on the menu - and take away pizza. Last gripe - the coffee was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. That’s not acceptable considering it’s Italy. It was way too hot, bitter and not enjoyable at all. In summary: bring a car, bring your own coffee and expect to pay a lot for everything on-site.

The camp is very big and has a variety of different units. We stayed away from the main bars and restaurants, and pools but this was 5-10 minutes walk. Other unit choices are much closer. 2 pool areas are available one more aimed as swimming and older children with aqua aerobics and hydrobike sessions. Tourers and tents are available. The shop is well stocked so caters to most needs. A town nearby, Figline Valdarno, has several large super markets. There is a shuttle from the site to the station in Figline Valdarno. Although busy the site offers a lot of seclusion with an abundance of trees across the site. Situated in the Tuscan hills it was very hot so extra shade was welcome. We straddled low into high season on our video and the site got busier into high season but still felt comfortable.

We spent 8 nights here with eurocamp on our first family holiday abroad (with a 2 and 4 year old). The kids were slightly too young for some of the outdoor activities offered but we were not without activities to keep them busy. The kids adored Sunny the dancing sunflower dance entertainment each evening and there was a range of options for restaurants and takeout, all within close proximity to a play park for the kids to keep entertained. The pool facilities were great too. We travelled easily to Pisa, Sienna and Florence as well as other local sights. We would love to go back again one day!

First time back in 7 years. The site has grown exponentially. Don't count on using WiFi; even early in the season in the middle of the site wifi failed miserably. Count on everything being overpriced. They can charge you whatever they want so they do. The quality of rooms and service depends on the provider, not the village itself.

Place is amazing. We visited it second time. This time we got house on lower level. It was spacious and well kept. Services in camp are first class. Food is good and staff very friendly. We will visit it again.

I have been here many, many times since 2002. Lovely place , and this year it looked as though there had been good activity during the season. The sanitary building for campers in the middle of the village is really starting to look worn out. Needs work soon , many guests commenting on that.

We stayed for 1 week mid September. Half the campsite had closed but it didn't bother us (no kids), there was enough staff on hand and the site maintained. We thought the facilities were second to none and would not hesitate to come back. 1 star knocked off because of no curtain in the kitchen and some of the food offering is really expensive on site (not the end of the world as more reasonable options do exists, but who's paying €18 for a basic dish at the pasta bar?!?!), but mostly the curtain issue. The nearby town has some really great dining options and a craft beer bar, took 30 minutes to walk in/short car journey. There are no taxis in the area but a shuttle leaves site twice a day for a small fee and prebooking is required. Florence was within easy reach, either using the train or a camp shuttle on certain days. The price for both options was similar. Bike hire is available through a third party and we found this easy to book, although best to organise in advance as they aren't located on site.

Is is a massive complex with like a 1000 accommodations; many restaurants, swimming polls and even a train getting people around. It is literally a little vacation village. We were with a camper van and we think the price for the pitch was pretty reasonable, comparing to other campings in Italy, at this time of year. They don't charge you extra for a pet, electricity or anything. We had an extra car and we were allowed to park it next to our camper van with no extra fee. Which was useful because the place is quite big and just to get to the reception on foot is kind of a hike. Everything there is well organized and the staff made us feel welcome. But for the restaurants I would give 4 stars at most - very similar quality of food, not the best we've had in Italy. My wife loved the ice cream place, though.

Rooms are compact. Air con is essential in Italian summers. 2 water parks, crowded but fun. Restaurants are expensive but on site shops are reasonable. Very pretty surroundings, good base to see Chianti / Florence.

Very nice stay in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany . We visited the camp site in July (very hot), staying in a static caravan. all aspects of the campsite were at a high standard. however, the location makes it harder for visitors who are not traveling via car. A transfer is needed to get to the site from the train station. Overall a very nice stay, which our family enjoyed.

Having stayed the previous week in Bella Italia, Norcenni was a much better and more enjoyable resort, two large pool areas with ample space for everyone to get a lounger. Restaurants and bars were clean well run and not over crowded. We had a hire car, so explored the region for a few days and relaxed by the pool on others. Check in and check out were quick. We stayed with Vacancies Select, there was an issue with the mobile and drainage, we were moved quickly and Hu are currently looking after the aftermath, I will update this review once I know the outcome. Great spot for an enjoyable family holiday, particularly for families with younger kids.

Rooms on the small side, but nice veranda. Good pool facilities for kids. Kids entertainment not the best. Nicely located near a family friendly vineyard. It’s Never stayed somewhere where no towels are provided in the room though - when I asked for some towels they had ran out apparently…!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the campsite. But if you compare it with other 4/5 star resorts they are a bit behind. I can truly see that years ago they were on top of it, but currently the sanitary and other facilities are outdated. It’s a great place to visit with kids, but if you want to enjoy nature and your rest, find something else. The overall service is fine, but not personal. During summer it can become super busy.

The Best campsite so far we have ever been in. Location, view the facilities, food, service very good. We are quite happy our choice this year.

AVOID IF YOU HAVE A BABY. Absolutely horrific experience with the worst customer service in the world from Eurocamp @ Hu Norcenni. They put us and our 9 month old baby in a hideous and run down caravan in the woods with no working equipment, no space for a cot and absolutely no accessibility. They hadn’t included any of the things we’d pre paid for like a cot, high chair and bed linen, and we had to wait 3 hours on the first day for them to deliver these things. Impossible to navigate with a pram (we had specified well ahead of time we would be bringing a baby), and only car parking ages away. The wifi didn’t reach out cabin due to it being so far away. So of an evening we had to choose between disrupting our baby’s sleep and trying to drag him out to the concourse, or sitting in silence in the dark in a freezing cold cabin without any wifi or even a working fridge. Trying to get a pram up and down the stairs was impossible and when we enquired about moving (and offered to pay to do so, multiple times) to be closer to the concourse we were lied to repeatedly for 3 days and promised we would be moved the following day. The final straw was when our fridge broke and all of our baby’s food was spoiled. Every staff member was beyond rude and there was a complete lack of empathy for our impossible situation with a baby. The actual campsite was lovely and had we been relocated I’m sure we would have had a fantastic time but it was completely unsuitable for a baby to be so far away from anything - let alone without any working essentials. Would never recommend. All we wanted was to be able to walk our baby to the concourse and enjoy the facilities. 1 star is generous for the customer service we received from Eurocamp who wouldn’t even let us pay to move - it wouldn’t let me select 0.

Very relaxing vacation spot! All inclusive resort has everything you could ever need. We played at the resort and explored the surrounding area. Accommodation prices are amazing for a large family. Staff is friendly and helpful and very easy for those of us new to Italy who are still working to learn the language!

Just an awesome place to stay really. I don't remember a lot from when I was here, I was still just a little guy. I loved it there and that's what matters

Amazing place, great view, very helpful service, awsome animations for children and adults. A lot of swimming pools with slides. Great place for holiday!

Excellent and very big site (over 1400 cabins for rent!) We had quite a recent cabin but there are some older cabins which might not be as comfortable as ours. Very steep hills so if you're having troubles walking up a steep hill, ask for a cabin on the lower side of the park. Several restaurants, 2 swimming pools, an excellent location to spend your holiday!

Big compliments for the animation team, they really made this holiday magical for my daughter. They give ALL of the kids attention and make them feel special :). 100 % appreciate their efforts! As for the accommodation, you really need to pay attention what you are booking. In terms of location and the state of the mobile home. The more luxury / comfort accommodations are preferred. There are loads of operators but we've booked with HU. HU maintenance Service is 'okay', urgent issues will be solved immediately (like a wasp nest etc.), less urgent issues will take longer or won't be solved at all. Furthermore the swimming pools are amazing, really enjoyed the variety. We did miss a bit more options for the very little one (which is crawling/ not yet walking). Depth of the pools is just a little to deep, also everything is tiles / stones which will become a bit hot in the sun so the little one didn't had a lot of space to move around. More grass around the pools would be great. Toddler had the time of her life. Food / restaurants are okay. You shouldn't expect anything fancy, but it is fine. We stayed for 3 weeks, the last week was noticeable more crowded. This was not even in the holiday season but the pools and other facilities where quite packed while loads of the accommodations weren't even occupied yet. I can imagine that in summer season it will be way too busy, we thought that in our last week they were already at max capacity in terms of people in the general facilities. So recommend.. Yes, if you are going beyond the school holidays and book the right accommodation.

Booked a 3 bedroomed accommodation. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living area. The only thing that let's it down is the size of the toilet room. It's so small, no room to turn round in it. It might be different for other accommodation. The park itself is beautiful, some absolutely stunning views. The food onsite is lovely, and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool, although cold, was welcome on a very hot day. Will definitely be returning

Stayed at this campsite for 2 weeks, booked via vancesoleil. Spacious mobil home with 3 bedrooms. Upon arrival check in was smooth. Checking the mobil home we found that some inventory was missing, some pans, coffeemaker and we only had 4 chairs on the deck outside of the mobil home, while it is for 6 people. Swimming Pools are plenty and clean. 2 small markets are available for the neccesary groceries throughout the day. There is a small mini train available for going from the lower campsite to the higher campsite and vice versa. Restaurants, ice cream parlor, bar and seating are plenty and good. Only downside is the parking space for the car, you can't park it close the mobilhome but have to find a spot which is not always easy in high season.

The facilities are excellent but you do have tobe prepared to work for them because of the hilly terrain. The cabins are a little smaller than we expected but they are comfortable enough, air con is a must. All the staff are friendly and efficient. Our kids loved it.

A very well run site in nice high area with views and close to Local town Figline. It is very large and while pools are numerous, and were here in June and the top pool complex has capacity for 1200 people. I estimate we were there when it was less than 30% at capacity and it was extremely busy. July and August I would personally not come for that reason.
