Dear Hermes, I had a really bad experience at your branch in Venice today, I went in twice in one day in two completely different outfits. The first time I had on no makeup or any of my jewelry or any of my designer bags, and your employee said that no Birkins were in your shop and I was asked to leave. The second time I walked in with makeup, a designer bag & had on my watch and diamond rings. I was welcomed at first and was told I could see a sample Bag upstairs. Then Asian lady employee upstairs made a rude noise and rolled her eyes and said that I was only welcome to see photos. Then came out a man and showed me a bag and answered my questions. Leave alone the fact that you don't sell your bags to anyone, even if we have the money. Your employees are so rude and treat people based on their appearance. For what is supposed to be a prestigious brand, you're pretty shallow and don't deserve all the attention you are getting. How very stereotypical of you.

Worst store in the world. The Asian sales associate is so rude and told me that there are no bags for sale and she’s busy to answer any of my questions. The nerve! So I walked to the Chanel store and spent €5000! Hermes is 🤮!!!!

Service is not appealing as always, was told all the bags I could see in the shop were not for sale. I can appreciate the Kelly shows in the window is for display only, however, the garden party and evelyn in the shop cupboard are also for display is hard to believe. Luckily my bag transferred from Paris already arrived, I left with an orange box though.

Very unpleasant experience. Inattentive staff, especially the Chinese sales, no greetings, nasty attitude with a screwed poker face. I have no idea why is she still getting paid to piss people off by just standing there looking at her phone all the time. If she is so unhappy with her job then just quit! And other staff literally acted like they could not be bothered. We had to actively look and wait for someone to answer our questions. Seriously, if Hermes continues to hire these kind of nasty people, it really just shows that they have been highly overrated by the public.

Snooty staff with nothing to do yet pretending they are too busy to see if item is in stock instead making you wait to find out that the item is not in stock and then sighing as if you took too much of their time. Go to other stores with much more qualified and accommodating staff. Worse shopping experience in Venice.

Worst Hermes store ever ! the sales assistant will judge u from head to toe. If you’re not wearing branded, they probably won’t even wanna serve you. Especially the Asian sales assistant which is so rude lol. Went to Lv and Dior instead Would be better if there’s a negative rating to give. 👍👍👍

Had a very bad experience with my cousin and her mother, yesterday they bought the classic Hermes sandal and it was small they went today to change it for bigger size, they did not accept it because was dirty from the bottom but the shoes was not worn from the day of the purchase only once at home on the carpet because we very well know how to respect a product if it’s needed to be changed. The shoes was not damaged because of us but was sold a pair of an old stock and the proof of that we noticed a pair of white sandals in the store with black stains and another pair of black sandals full of dust they were put on display. Eventually when we told them about these two pairs they accepted their mistake and changed our sandal after 40 minutes of arguing. I recommended my cousin and her mother never to buy from Hermes in Venice even if they are resident in Venice.

Thank you Hermes for employing such a rude security guard. It made me realise my money is better spent elsewhere. Tourists are a vital part of Venice's economy. If Hermes chooses to treat us as cattle, at least do it with a smile. My credit card is much healthier. Thank you.

Been to the store several times this year after I registered for the Kelly bag last year. The staff said that I would receive the bag within one year which is latest now in December. After 5 visits only this year and many purchases, they eventually said that the registration is not valid anymore, and I should register in another country... seriously? That is hardly to beat in terms or arrogance and ignorance. I'm done with Hermes for good

Horrible experience. Super unfriendly and the only Hermes store i’ve ever been to which had me looking and wandering around the store with no SA assigned. It’s okay to have nothing in stock but the attitude of the staff is appalling.

Didn’t even bother looking around the store because the staff are so rude and they just want you to leave the store quickly. The sales assistant was using her phone the entire time while I was talking to her and didn’t even bother looking up. When I asked her about women’s shoes she immediately said loudly there is nothing from summer collection…. Ok did i even ask if i want summer or winter? Lol. Save your time and don’t even enter this store.

Wasn't even looking for bag... Not only do they have nothing, it is the only Hermes store that had me looking for random assistants too enquire about the product I am looking for instead of having a 1-1 help. I was actually keen on looking at the accessories but alas, I do not know who to approach...

The worst store in the whole world that I have ever visited. since the beginning of the visit, more than 40 minutes of waiting with my pregnant wife have passed, but so we could not wait for some kind of attention, we could at least offer a glass of water! I just had to leave!

Terrible service, waited 30 mins and still didn't get any attention from the sales staff. We asked another sales staff and they told us we must be patient. We let without buying what we came for. I told the staff downstairs and they were indifferent. Worst service I've ever seem in a luxury store.

It’s the worst Hermes store I’ve been to. The doormen scan you before letting you in and no greetings once inside. I wasn’t looking for a quota bag or any other highly demanded item. The salesperson let me wait for around 15 minutes without any feedback. Hiring rude, disrespectful, and inattentive staff doesn’t make the brand any better.

I had a great experience here two weeks ago. I was greeted by the door man and two sales people before I even got upstair. Our sales person was very nice and helpful in making sure I found the bag I love. We will be back the next time we are in Venice. ☺️

I came to buy gifts for my wife, and there are some strange people working there, the girl didn't let me inside at all. If you are not dressed in an expensive suit, there is no place for you, you will be rudely rejected.

Visited 2 weeks ago and were lucky to be assisted by Marco. After browsing through the boutique we had a chat on how life in Venice is like and had a pleasant time there. It was memorable :)

One star is a lot 😂, worst employee as usual. Except in Espain and Bahrain as I remember.

Very nice SA until you ask for a birkin or kelly then they just give you the waitlist BS and everyone knows is not true.
