Disappointed
by
my
experiences
in
the
large
chains
(Prime
and
Italian
Gyms),
I
spent
an
entire
month
wandering
around
the
gyms
near
my
home,
deciding
to
change
my
style
and
try
the
ones
where
we
are
not
simply
a
number.
I
hadn't
given
much
thought
to
Benefit
Dance
because
of
the
name
which
seemed
to
me
to
be
a
place
for
dances
between
girls
and
older
ladies.
Nothing
could
be
more
wrong!
I
did
a
test
day
then
continued
to
compare
with
other
places.
In
the
end
I
chose
them
for
many
reasons.
The
gym
is
managed
by
a
couple
(Sebastiano
and
Giulia),
highly
trained
and
certified
athletes,
who
follow
you
in
every
way,
creating
personalized
cards
for
you
and
not
generic
ones
like
everywhere
else.
The
equipment
area
is
actually
small
compared
to
the
big
chains,
but
in
the
6
months
since
I
have
been
here,
they
have
already
changed
the
layout
twice,
purchased
new
benches,
created
areas
with
carpets
to
train
better.
They
are
progressively
replacing
the
older
equipment
with
new
ones
and
integrating
what
has
passed
from
the
old
management.
The
showers
are
new,
clean
and
the
changing
rooms
are
large
and
spacious.
In
the
equipment
area
you
will
also
find
2
external
PTs
who
have
never
held
back
from
giving
you
advice
when
asked.
There
is
a
small
free-standing
area.
Another
thing
that
I
really
like
is
the
relationship
that
has
been
created
with
those
who
train
at
the
same
time
as
me,
it's
not
as
cold
as
in
the
gyms
I've
frequented
up
until
now.
True,
I
miss
the
swimming
pool,
but
here
I
learned
to
do
the
correct
movements
and
exercises
without
risking
harm,
as
often
happened
to
me
in
other
places.
There
is
also
a
large
training
room
upstairs
that
I
haven't
used
yet.
Another
reason
why
they
were
chosen
is
the
price.
For
a
quarterly
DAY
pass,
i.e.
with
entry
before
5pm,
I
spend
50
euros
per
month.
in
line
with
large
gyms.
They
have
internal
parking
for
about
15
cars.
The
only
thing
is
to
try
it
like
I
did!
