Gate is a good starting point to walk downtown. Just about 10min to the central piazza with good views, but difficult parking situation.

Beautiful outstanding building no far from the opera house and Leopolda Conference Centre plenty bus to go to the centre and parking space for you to leave your car . Just on the front of that there is the headquarter of Florence local police

Nice monument, one of the ancient city wall doors not far from the main train station( a stop with the tramvia, from Alamanni stazione to the direction of Scandicci.)
