It was mandatory to get certificate of Covid-19’s test, when we boarding the fly back to my country (Japan) Booking quick, no waiting stress and 24h later certification was 100 % perfect. Every staff is so kind and friendly with smile. Costs 65euro is reasonable to get certified document includes government format. Highly recommend to all tourists. It’s Florence.

Was pleasantly surprised by there was NO line at all with our appointments at 12:30pm on a Thursday for our Covid tests. The service was good & we were out in a zippy. I heard the morning appointments tend to be busy. Was relieved that most of the staff speaks some English. Was told by our taxi driver that this is one of the nicest clinics in town.

This was my first time using this clinic and I thought that the people were very knowledgeable, helpful, courtesy and professional. My doctor had ordered some blood tests to be done and I traveled from Pisa to Florence to get it done. They had me in and out of there in no time. Great job 👏 👍! I have been going to this facility for years and have been able to observe its slow decline. It went from being an excellent one to a mediocre medical institution. It was a good alternative to the ASL, even if for some visits the expense is different, but at least it saved time. Now we spend hours even for a banal blood test, between waiting for admission and waiting to have the tests done. Fortunately, the times for receiving reports have remained unchanged. The courtesy of the staff, who have more or less been made up of the same people for years, has decreased, perhaps because they have been asked to be quicker and more hasty, or perhaps because the workload and consequently the nervousness have increased. I keep coming here because it's convenient for me as a distance from home, but I think I'll have to start looking around for an alternative.

I went to this institute to carry out various tests including blood tests and specialist visits. I found a very kind hostess waiting for me who accompanied me through the various departments. Overall I found all the staff very competent and helpful and the environment was very clean and tidy. I will definitely go back. EXCELLENT INSTITUTE highly recommended!!!!
