Please kindly use fresh oil. Are you using old oil to fry the chicken?? Something is not right with the oil you are using. Happens on various occasions. Unfortunately, l have been too far away to get my money back. Has a rancid taste in ones mouth. You must do something about it please. Not good at all.

Awful service. When I started, I saw only my number and 1 other number on the screen and was waiting patiently, and followed up to 3 staff including the one at the back who looks like the one in charge. You can see in the photo, 27 mins in, and still not prepared. This is absolutely worse KFC of all. A lot of people came and gone but the one preparing at the back did an absolute awful job.

I just ordered uber eat from KFC sidcup the food was cold . chips ,chicken was not good at all I called them but no one answered the only good thing was gravy.the chickens and wings was burnt. Another thing was like they don't have any other pieces then wings and breast It was disgusting and disappointing Never again never never. These are the chips they sent to us shame on you

They couldn’t get a two person order right first time, very strange, more staff training needed, but the food is the same old chicken you expect. Gravy was the thin type, not the thick good stuff.

Food turned up in alloted time that's the only good thing happening in this review.. opened the bag and all the food was just sitting in the bottom out of Thier boxes. Kids bucket meal was missing the corn on the cob and the pineapple stick... 6 piece chicken box had clearly been either over cooked or re fried as the coating was sooo dark and crunchy enough to break a tooth, also not particularly warm let alone hot.Tried calling the branch in Sidcup high street 7 yes 7 times without a pick up. This is now the 3rd time I've ordered KFC delivery and it's the final time .

Absolutely horrendous customer service - will never be ordering again. Impolite, unapologetic and overall rude.. I ordered KFC delivery through the KFC app, but I did not receive my order. I tried contacting the KFC deliveroo customer service, but that did not help at all. The call center insisted that the rider had tried to contact me and left the food at my door. I did not receive any phone call and did not receive any food. Extremely bad service. Was waiting for delivery 1hr and 30mints. Therefore I visited KFC restaurant at Sidcup Market Parade, 3 High St, Sidcup DA14 6EP which is organically food coming from and the experience was pretty bad. I asked may I talk to manager please, but someone came and she said she’s supervisor. Not wearing uniform plus not name badge appearing her top most important can’t even communicate English but as she said supervising her staff. I asked my money back and told her off how bad customer services experience… she was starting swearing to the customer (me)even unprofessional way. Specifically very abusing to the customer.. pointing fingers to the customers.. How could people recruiting those kind of untrained employers. I will not be going back. I know you don’t care but just had to let you know that you lost what could have been a weekly customer. And I will not recommend at all. This was at Sidcup Market Parade, 3 High St, Sidcup DA14 6EP

You don't always get what you order. 3 orders placed at different times and each time something was missing. Getting a bit fed up with the lack of service, I DIDN'T WANT A REFUND, I WANTED THE FOOD I ORDERED!!!!!! Another order:- Despite adding a note to ask for the order to be checked before handing over for delivery the drink was missing even though it was specified on the receipt. As usual a very poor service!!

Food didn't turn up the driver was 2 minutes away he couldn't find the address he didn't even call just didn't turn up tried to phone KFC but wouldn't answer the phone

Awful!!! Absolutely awful, I don’t know what happened or whether it’s under a new franchise but the last 8 orders since it’s gone under new management I assume have all been not Just a little bit wrong but completely WRONG!!!! I just don’t understand how this shop is still open, the food is actually vile and stale or burnt! PLEASE SORT THIS STORE OUT AND PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, save your money as you will end up with the wrong order time after time!

The staff Tirren(sounds like) without wearing name budge ignored me after my payment in the branch. She ran down to the corner with laughing after the supervisor put the hot wings（my ordering)on the schuche. After while,she went back to the front wondering around. When I asked why she did not give me the order, she answered “ I don’t know “ . Absolutely ignorant staff will damage this KFC , another staff cleaned the floor and brought food to people without washing hands. Shame on KFC management. Obviously, The staff has no interest to work .

The staff are usually nice enough, what you'd expect really. I do feel with this place, compared to other kfcs, that we are always dying of thirst from the absolute grease from the chicken here. I'm almost sure it's done different here (yes it's our local KFC we did use alot) Without bashing that more, they ALWAYS seem to get our order wrong. Whether it's missing hot wings from a bucket deal, to our buckets being loaded with the small pieces nobody else wants, it's a rather infuriating experience. 4/5 times I can confidently say, we end up contacting customer support to have a moan (normally we just wouldn't return but our kids see a chicken burger here as a complete reward to their greatness, so yes we do normally and reluctantly return)

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery and it never came. Rung them up - no answer. And I was charged and never received a refund. They are awful, steer well clear.

The BEST KFC in the area and in all KENT area, friendly a d professional staff following by the very cute manager she definitely knows how to run such a busy place like this, have been to many other KFC stores but first time ,I so a professional, excellent, fast service❤️❤️

Half the order did not arrive and the branch is not answering phone. Half the family left without the food they ordered! Absolutely ridiculous process - not able to contact anyone to get this resolved. Never again will we order from KFC

Food ok. But order incomplete. Called KFC, they say call Just Eat but they don’t care. So paid for incomplete order with NO assistance from either side. Not a customer experience to be proud of. Update: like a fool tried it again. This time wrong drinks and cold food. NEVER ORDER fro here or Just eat as driver unhelpful also. I have to 1 star but should be ZERO

Another order, another missing item from our order. Probably the last time we order, which is a shame, as the food is normally ok. Tried phoning, but the phone never gets answered.

Ordered on uber eats 4 zinger burgers and 4 chips. Delivery comes as just 2 burgers and 2 chips. No one answering the shop phone and this isnt the first time its happened either
