Absolutely
horrendous
customer
service
-
will
never
be
ordering
again.
Impolite,
unapologetic
and
overall
rude..
I
ordered
KFC
delivery
through
the
KFC
app,
but
I
did
not
receive
my
order.
I
tried
contacting
the
KFC
deliveroo
customer
service,
but
that
did
not
help
at
all.
The
call
center
insisted
that
the
rider
had
tried
to
contact
me
and
left
the
food
at
my
door.
I
did
not
receive
any
phone
call
and
did
not
receive
any
food.
Extremely
bad
service.
Was
waiting
for
delivery
1hr
and
30mints.
Therefore
I
visited
KFC
restaurant
at
Sidcup
Market
Parade,
3
High
St,
Sidcup
DA14
6EP
which
is
organically
food
coming
from
and
the
experience
was
pretty
bad.
I
asked
may
I
talk
to
manager
please,
but
someone
came
and
she
said
she’s
supervisor.
Not
wearing
uniform
plus
not
name
badge
appearing
her
top
most
important
can’t
even
communicate
English
but
as
she
said
supervising
her
staff.
I
asked
my
money
back
and
told
her
off
how
bad
customer
services
experience…
she
was
starting
swearing
to
the
customer
(me)even
unprofessional
way.
Specifically
very
abusing
to
the
customer..
pointing
fingers
to
the
customers..
How
could
people
recruiting
those
kind
of
untrained
employers.
I
will
not
be
going
back.
I
know
you
don’t
care
but
just
had
to
let
you
know
that
you
lost
what
could
have
been
a
weekly
customer.
And
I
will
not
recommend
at
all.
