This place was so busy for Thanksgiving but the staff were so well organized and remained welcoming. We were treated well by everyone despite the crowds. The ham and side dishes we had were delicious 😋. Our Thanksgiving was wonderful thanks to Honey Baked Ham! Want a change from turkey I recommend this delightful Ham! 😊

I purchase at the Prattville location a half of honey baked ham and the turkey breast on 12/15/2020. We tasted the turkey breast on 12/20/2020 and it did not taste good. The expiration date on the turkey was 12/18/2020 which I did not notice. I also noticed that the Ham which has not been opened expiration date of 12/23/2020. Both of these products were to be used for Christmas. I spoke to the manage at the Montgomery store and they would not exchange the turkey or ham. Nor would they stand behind the quality of the product. I do not recommend purchasing from Honey Baked Ham store in either location.

I went inside of this place to buy a half of ham it was 100 dollars no maam...and to the cashier who said she is a Healthcare administrator and nurse..maam.thats no of your bussiness who I am.i don't care if I was rich I'm not giving honey baked ham 100 dollars for a half that's going to feed 2 people the max..u didn't have a name tag so I couldn't post it..but u had short gray hair..very rude....I politely told u to put it back..here came the attitude.... the nerve..customer service we need a class set up.....when we spending our money we don't need attitudes...we need smiles.gdmorning.gdevening..yes no maam.and sir..that part.

I got there 2 minutes after they closed and bless them they saved the day! If not.for them we wouldn't have had any turkey or ham for our holidays! Super clean and super awesome! Will definitely be back soon!

The lady that I spoke to was amazing respresenting this company she was was nice explaining there prices and had the holiday day cheer vibe going

Customers are greeted enthusiastically by one of the cheeriest teams of employees I have ever seen. Tamica and Pamela were very gracious in explaining options to my 97-yr-old mother. Kent kept the line supplied and the jokes coming. Tamico cooked up a great set of turkey sliders and a Honeybaked ham signature sandwich for us, and recommended the broccoli-bacon side dish. We had a fantastic lunch. I will be using Honeybaked Ham again for lunch.

I haven't had HBH in a long time! Service was awesome! Sandwiches were very good. They gave me a Veterans discount, which I appreciated. I tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch, classic ham sandwhich, and Ham and Turkey sandwhich all on croissants.

Haven't been here yet just looked online for Thanksgiving deals

This particular company is excellent and extremely helpful for anything that you may need. They didn't flinch during Thanksgiving and turned those birds out like a conveyor belt in the olden days. I always enjoyed the atmosphere and the help from the people that are employed by them.

DID NOT GIVE A RECEIPT. Forgot to ask as we felt rushed. 1st visit in years. Only reason for visit was a gift card.

Oh that ham was soo good. I try to stay away from pork but oh my God u am hooked

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Our order was 40 minutes late, and they couldn’t find our order when we arrived. There was no apology for waiting either. Super unprofessional.

The ham and turkey were great! We got the whole ham without the bone and smoked turkey. Both were delicious. The service was amazing. We were greeted with samples and smiles. The store was clean and everyone was so welcoming.

Great food and wonderful customer service from the staff.Their salads and sandwiches are worth it. If you have never had a sandwich try the Tavern Club. If you want a salad ask for the Cobb salad.

The young lady that helped me with my meal really made me feel special, and suggested other items to purchase that compliment our meal.

Service was excellent the food was perfect but the store is a tad bit small for what they were doing but still five stars. Didn't feel like cooking a ham this year and the company gave us gift cards so hey why not. Honey Baked hams are always delicious.

There was a crowd but they had a lady to direct the line and it moved very quickly. Cashier was quick and friendly. Good job!

One of the worst honey baked ham I have ever bought. Paid over $90 for a ham that had no sweetness and the ham tasted spoiled. Don't think I'll be going back.

I expected a congested line, but they had great security outside to help with parking and also had a greeter at the door. I was in and out very quickly. My ham was very tasty and worth every penny spent.

The food was superb. The bone-in ham was wonderful. And the customer service was excellent & splendid. The lady that assisted me was so pleasant & considerate. I came at a good time, there was no delay or hold on with me placing my order and obtaining my food. THANKS👌👍
