Employees are not helpful at all. As well the employees are very rude. This people shouldn't be working with the bublic. Almost all the clothes are low quality like brand old navy. Never seen a terrible military exchange like this place. Zero stars is what this place deserves.

The best place for military personnel to shop because of the tax savings. The Navy Exchange not only rearranged everything but put down new vinyl tile. Everything is clean, new looking, and almost like an entirely new store. There must be a lot of money in selling those fancy expensive handbags. However, all those $295, $395, or $425 handbags still need to go. So I thought! They got in more $300+ dollar handbags than ever. Poor soldiers! Their hard earned money going for 3 and 4 hundred dollar handbags. I think that such extremely high priced items have no place on any military base. Military wives should realize that their husband's do not earn enough money for her to be carrying a $300 or $400 handbag. The handbags are beautiful but an E-5 or E6 does not earn enough money to support a family and have his wife carry a $400 handbag. Maybe the General's wife can afford it but she can shop at high-end local stores. Suggest you check prices between commissary and Navy Exchange prices. Sometimes the Exchange price is higher than the commissary price. But today I found 4 pack of water for $10 with 25 waters per pack. Another 28 bottle pack sold for $4.99 I was able to use the "scratchoff" and got a 7% discount off the $10.

Location: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Customer Service: 5 Affordability: 5 We stopped by this morning to go shopping at the Navy Main Exchange, since it's conveniently located right outside of NAS Pensacola, Florida. They have a very large parking lot, and the Exchange is co-located next to the commisionary. As a retired military family we try and support these facilities, because this the businesses that directly support the active duty members. The Main Exchange offers brand name clothing and many other accessories. They always have plenty of staff and we always gotten great customer service.

I would give this a 5 if it were easier to buy stuff NOT made in China. The place is always well stocked and clean, stuff on the shelf not in the aisles, workers are nice and not on their cell phones...it's great, i just don't want to support China.

Sorry everyone can't go to this shop only military or retirees an dependants. Nan is this most amazing barber we have ever known. My husband an grandson will not use anyone but Nan to cut their hair! Let's pray Nan never retires!

We only come here once per year, but love browsing the aisles. The prices on shoes, etc. Are great!

Great selection from a number of brands. Honestly replaces many other stores I used to go to that have gone downhill.

Great prices and good deals. Gave out challenge coins to all veterans on November 11.

Was able to find most of the items we needed for our new home! They seem to have less options in the store every year we go there to shop.

Overall great discounts for a variety of merchandise. Needs to be upgraded. Cozy place to eat and chill out as well.

Daisy, the cashier at the exchange was one of the happiest people I've seen in years (aside from my times looking in a mirror 😉). She made the trip worthwhile. As for the exchange itself, it is clean and prices, while not the lowest, are still competitive. Then there's the no sales tax thing. Overall a good experience at the NEX store.

GREAT store with a wide variety of things to choose from!! No tax & VERY exclusive things!! Need to check it out if you are Military or a Vet. Gift idea's galore

The Navy Exchange has supported all of our family needs for over 34 years. This exchange is one of the best from our personal experiences. Thank you guys for a great experience every time!

The furniture dept provides a large selection of recliners and sofas. Plus Top of the line of Sealy and Tempurpedic mattresses.

I go here every month with my grandfather and the staff here are always so nice!!! They always remember us and treat us like royalty! I’ve seen them deal with difficult customers professionally and I always try to tip when I can afford! Best place to shop!

The Exchange is growing and remodeling and it still and always will be a great place for the military community to shop. sometimes I'm in other community's and don't quite get it, but I be quite and learn that's how I get alone with all cultures. being quite and observing never saying too much just listening and smiling. and talking to anyone who start a conversation. that's why I ride the bus sometimes to learn other's culture.

Even though it is an older exchange it was clean and well stocked. There seemed to be a little construction going on but we found everything we were looking for. They do carry a lot of name brands. I wish they had some less expensive clothing available since I was there from out of town and just needed a few things that I forgot, not expensive lines.

The store really needs updating. Drab and dreary atmosphere that matched the unfriendly checkout staff's attitude. Meanwhile, the store was well stocked. We will not rush back as there are too many good stores in the local area

The new manager of the garden shop (Micheal) is outstanding. He goes out of his way to help you. The supervisor (Cindy) and cashier Toni are well trained and follow the lead of the manager. All three went out of their way to make my shopping experience exceptional!

Went here with my Dad, who is retired military. Pretty much anything you could want, you can find. Prices were fair and the employees were friendly and helpful. Checkout was a little busy, requiring some waiting, but nothing bad.

Great place that has great name brand clothes, shoes, sporting goods, and electronics just to name a few. Staff is very friendly and prices are totally awesome. We have returned to this exchange multiple times when we are in the area.

Not quite open to the public, but my dad took me here and the store is excellent. Clean and efficient with lots of products you don't give at Walmart.

We always means sure we make it to the exchange as all purchases are tax free. All military personnel active, retired, disabled at 100% service connected are allowed into the base. Benefits are extended to the spouse even though the service connected spouse isn’t with you. Just make sure you have your VA identification & if disabled it must state your 100% and your service connected. They have name brand d purses from LV. Gucci, MK, Coach, many other brands to chose from. They have fragrances starting with Chanel, Gucci, Givinchi and many many more for men & women Clothing Men, woman, children, appliances, electronics anything you can think of. I LOVE to come here this is where I start my Xmas shopping! You will definitely get your moneys worth shopping here All staff is very helpful. Mind and courteous. Your like family here! We will be returning soon!
