The only focus of the gym is to try to fulfil month end sales targets. The girls at the reception dont know how to talk. People make videos of young girls here without their consent. Toilets foul smell. Lockers have no locks so that the bags could be kept safely. No towels kept in the washroom. Yaseer is the most cheap trainer out of all. The trainers run under the table PT's or personal trainings which the management is unaware of. The trainers here are also told not to make people exercise more than 5 exercises daily so that after months when they see no results of changes in their bodies they hire the same trainers for personal training. They know how to waste the clients time and money both. Preety, being one of the receptionists does not how to talk or play music at the gym. The gym is good and spacious. It’s occupied with latest machines and equipments. But sometimes it feels like the Machine’s have started wearing out, maybe because of lack of maintenance. Also the gym is super crowded on weekdays from 7- 9 PM. The gym has steam bath as well. Membership of 4 months will cost around 6000-6500.

It's a good gym with experienced trainers. They also provide aerobic and zumba classes which includes under membership only. You don't have to pay a different account for it. Loved the ambience as It's quite spacious and consist of 2 floors, one for cardio and one for weights. Due to Covid. They are not providing hand towels for now. You'll have to bring your own.

Gym is really good . It has all the adequate that one requires . And the trainers also take care of what u need.

To get the best workout experience, try this gym. It has multiple group classes including zumba, yoga, Bhangra and Bollywood dance.
