Handy indoor shopping mall with plenty of choice of shops. Handy inexpensive car park on the roof, disabled parking and a good lift.

Like most shopping centres nowadays, it's not as good as it used to be with many of the brand stores now filled by mobile phone operators and charity shops. We need to try diversify and save our high streets, or we will lose them, and they will become dilapidated and run down. Investment is needed. There are still a few shops and a good multi-storey car park on site. Denbighshire council are investing alot into the regeneration of Rhyl sea front but there is alot more to do and much more Investment is needed and not just to fill the properties on the High Street, but filling the hotels on the front with homeless from the area and outside the area is not a good look to visitors. I am looking forward to seeing what the new Queens market with it's large investment is going to offer and cleaning up the surroundings too. Fingers crossed it's an asset to Rhyl and not just a white elephant like some things are/were in Rhyl...

As I entered White Rose Shopping centre, the Jehovah's Witnesses turned their sign around. It was heavenly! The rest of Rhyl was beautiful (see photos).

It's ok, however there are to many shops that have closed down , doesn't look good when you come out of the lift after parking your car and as the lift opens you are greeted with closed units, very sad to see, Denbighshire cc should do more to try and fill these shops.

A quiet shopping centre when we visited with some shops missing ,but such is a sign of the times I guess. There is still a good range of shop's though & have to say the " Body care" shop offers excellent value for money.

Rhyl is a shadow of its former self. When opened the white rose shopping centre had such great stores as Mothercare, Dixon's, comet, Woolworths and M&S. Now, sadly like the rest of the town it contains very mediocre and basic shops but at least it's clean. Rip Rhyl. I still believe in you 😢

It's a shopping centre with a pay to park system, rather weird drive on the right of the ramp entry and exit. Be careful going up the ramp. Shopping centre not a great choice unless you want a holiday or mobile phone

I've never liked the imported *mall* experience. I'm old enough to remember what a High St. could be like and, as I was young and *wicked* it's a fond memory. The White Rose is clean, tidy and has a pleasant ambience. Nothing wrong with it at all, fine if limited range of shops, just not for me thanks

Rhyl isn't the same as it used to be let's just put that out there first, hardly no arcades or the old toy/rock shops only a few left was disappointed when I drove for over a hour to visit here and it looked like nothing it used to won't be visiting there again.

The Centre is looking a bit sorry for itself and could do with a good refurb, the lighting needs a big update, there are still too many empty premises and a decent café would be very welcome. The YOU KNOW WHOOS outlet is always very busy and caters for everyone taste at excellent prices....

The shops are good, the owners the pricing them out, more shops closing

This is so simple and fab couple of kiosks one with ice cream the other with milk shakes and hot drinks and a car park with outstanding views xx

Would have been better if a few more shops was open

It's such a shame that more and more shops are closing down. Maybe, just Maybe serious rent reductions are in order. After all what's the use of a shopping centre with no shops. Because that's what will happen.

It's a good little shopping centre with some great little shops. It's worth adventuring too, if you're ever in Rhyl.

It's not as good as it used to be. Shops closing, not a good variety of shops

It's ok nothing great, not many shops. But I did see this and had to chuckle. An eyelash vending machine. This deserves 2 stars just for making me laugh. 😄

Run down old town centre. That's very quiet. Can't believe store are still there as they can't be making much profit

Basic shopping centre. Some shops inside. Last time we visited some had either closed down completely or just moved site. Paid parking lot on the roof.

Great choice of shops even though there's a few empty spaces! Would be better if there was access to all shops linked with the centre.

Not yet same now iceland has gone but still some nice shops to visit

Although handy for some some high street essential chain stores such as Iceland, B&M, Specsavers etc, the overall atmosphere of White Rose, albeit clean and tidy is pretty much low key and to a point, depressing, mainly due to the lack of decent light and closed units, very much needs a makeover to encourage a far better shopping experience!

Decent shopping centre, went mainly for the massage chairs at £1.00 for 5 minutes! They're great!

The shopping center itself was OK, good varied selection of shops. Carpark on the roof which is handy. The toilets ( ladies) were bloody disgusting. Not cleaned or checked for ages judging by the state of them . Toilet roll everywhere but none in the cubicles. Sinks were dirty too. Definitely wouldn't yse then again.

There are fewer shops here. Usually go to Bodycare. There is also a nice gift shop that sells wallets purses etc.

Nice indoor shopping centre! ee phone shop, Iceland, "You Know Who's" sports shop, etc etc. Under new ownership I believe? Used to have B& M stores but a similar shop is there place.

Sorry but this really can't be classed as a shopping centre just purely because when we went most of the shops where closed or to let which is a shame as the overall center was clean and tidy and we'll maintained so the 3 stars are for the lack of shops which is not necessarily the centres fault after the turmoil of the last few years

  • 3/5 Ann S. 1 year ago on Google
Could do with a bit of a lift, like more interesting shops with different stuff to sell. Overall its a place you can go if you just need specific things, you can sit and wait on seats if your waiting for someone, clean and tidy area, friendly staff in all shops. Could do with a cafe inside to wait for friends and family. Something to think about

Just walked through as used car park. Not many shops now b&m is closed and also superdrug gone.

  • 3/5 Lisa N. 1 year ago on Google
Good sized Iceland not much else though. Couldn't find any toilets though. Car park cheap enough was able to get a transit van under the barriers which was good cos most of the barriers in Rhyl were too low

  • 3/5 Jimthe R. 1 year ago on Google
Full of empty shops and you need an umbrella inside when it's raining as it leaks all over the place, if you want to spend 30quid on a cheap and nasty phone case or be harrased by the sky employees then this is the place to go, there is one or 2 decent shops but on the whole not worth bothering unless you really have to

Dated, but simple and easy to get stuff... especially if you're in and out as parking is free under 15mins
