Rings were lovely... Some expensive though.... But my term of expensive will be different from others. However, the service was superb. Polite customer service, very good attitude for a sales man. Good advice on the use of platinum as against white gold and yellow gold. Left with good opinion on what I really want. I was served by a lovely gentleman.

I had such a wonderful experience here today, not only was did I find exactly what I was looking for but the staff were so friendly. The man who looked after me today had only recently started but he was very well informed and helped me find the most beautiful gift for my partner. Visited Saturday with a fault on a ring I'd bought for my son at Christmas. Their sales assistant (pregnant lady, can't recall her name I'm afraid) gave customer service that was impeccable. Very understanding and apologetic although the fault was not Beaverbrooks. The issue was dealt with professionally and I couldn't be happier with the service.
