Absolutely highly recommend Saks Bolton, made to feel so comfortable from walking in until leaving. Staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. All treatments I received were done to a hi spec and there is plenty of parking available too 👍

Finally got my hair done after so long by the lovely Melissa. Absolutely amazing service, very chatty, makes you feel very comfortable. Showed me all the different shades, made sure it was what I wanted and gave her professional opinion as well. Honestly couldn’t thank her enough, absolute 10/10! Will be coming here all the time!! I’ve had my hair cut and coloured for probably around 20 years with SAKS Bolton with Amy and now Cheryl. I love going because they make me feel like I’m having a pamper time-it’s warm, chatty, comfy and I’m offered a drink (I have a lovely cup of tea!!). The person washing my hair is taught massage which is really relaxing. Cheryl is incredible-she remembers everything that we’ve spoken about when I’ve been for my hair cuts and asks me about those things and she knows what cut and colour I want. She’s always one step ahead! And there always seems to be quiet communication between all the staff to make sure the place is kept ship shape and no one is left waiting on the phone! Love it and love them!

Me and my daughters have been coming to the salon for a couple of years now.. Everytime we have been the service is absolutely amazing, always top quality and you walk out feeling amazing.. Not to mention the warm welcome that Cheryl and the staff always give you, always making you feel very relaxed. You wont be disappointed.. I wouldn't go to anywhere else.

I visited the salon for wash style and blow dry. Cheryl first came and did consultations. She and her assistant were both very efficient. In half and hour I came out with my hair looking amazing and got complements from my family. Thank you asks 😁

I had my first appointment here on Saturday with Cheryl. I had emailed the salon on Monday to ask for advice about colour I received a prompt response from cheryl. I called the salon and a lovely lady booked me in for a free consultation and patch test. I met with Cheryl who was lovely. She talked me through options and ideas, answering my many questions patiently!!!! I went ahead with an appointment i was lucky there had been a cancellation for Saturday morning. I am very happy with the cut and colour done by Cheryl and will return.

I always feel welcomed at the salon, all the ladies are very friendly. Cheryl always helps me to decide on my hair when I’m not sure. Cheryl always remembers details of our previous conversations which is amazing considering the amount of clients she sees every day! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fabulous attention to my needs with coffee etc. lovely chat about when the optimum time is for my next appointment should be. David who is new to the salon did my hair. He was extremely thorough in the colour and cut and generally a really great guy. Natalie did my pedicure and gel polish and as always was really pleasant and friendly. They both left me feeling and looking so much better than when I went in.
