    Staff wasn't helpful when collecting my parcel, I had my id and my order number, but because I didn't have a copy of my e-mail they wouldn't give me my parcel. She was quite rude

    some nice stuff. exchange policy is rubbish. toom a top to change 2 weeks and 1 day after purchase date and wouldn't let me exchange as the exchange policy is 2 weeks from purchase date.
