Really enjoyed this hotel. 10/10. Comfortable rooms, spa center with jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath and bike rental as well. The surrounding area is worth spending at least a full day. Waterfalls, chapels, hikes, all close by. The hotel’s restaurant is fantastic. Excellent food, they also make their own “aivar”. Staff went out of their way to make me enjoy my time. I highly recommend the place. It gets chilly at night because it’s near the mountains so always have a jacket, even in summer.

‘Scores zero on my list. Only the price of 4 star hotel, any comfort is missing!!’ ➖ The very loud music and sound of partying people to early in the morning. The room was very hot, although outside temperature was comfortable, opening the windows was not an option due too the noise. The control panel for the climate control is to make believe you can control the temperature in the room, however this is a dummy. This was confirmed by the reception, the hotel has no air conditioning. The air in the room was stale and had a chemical coconut smell. The TV was not working, poor WiFi signal in the room, minibar only producing extra heat (hot drinks), glass broken in the window. Even breakfast was a disappointment, coffee cold, food not fresh and dried out. Hot dishes cold, and the cold drinks warm. Nothing being warmed or cooled and prepared some hours before. The staff offered no help what so ever: ‘hopefully your next stay at our hotel will be better.’ Thank you and goodbye! ➕ Leaving, after one night.

Well let me start as an usual costumer. Went in they told us that the place is packed despite the fact that there was only 10 people inside, we went in thier bar and order deserts for take out . Deserts were ready and i went to take them . Suprise !!!!! There was 7 people staff are telling me they don’t have t/a kniwes and forks . Are u people f’in serious this is 4 star service give me a break.

The hotel is located in the center of Pechevo, around the area has many natural attractions. There are 2 parking lots around, plus restaurants and stores. The staff from hotel and restaurant was very attentive. The room was large and comfortable. The price was good. The restaurant had great food, very tasty, good prices and on Saturday evening there was love music, very nice surprise. We also got a free appetizer, with buns and cheese mix. The breakfast was huge and delicious, one of the best in Macedonia. Small things in the room : 2 light bulbs not working, fridge not cooling (enough).

I visited during winter with snow and very low temperatures outside. The hotel was warm, cozy, the room was very comfortable, the staff all very welcoming and professional, the breakfast satisfactory. We were offered three meals to choose from, besides the complimentary coffee and juice. The spa was also functional and enjoyable. I surely recommend this hotel for a nice weekend getaway.

Amazing service, all members of the staff were too kind and organised, the room was beautiful and very clean. Very pleasant experience. We will be back for sure.

Definitely the best accomodation in Pehcevo! The hotel is really modern, clean, with very spacious and comfortable rooms, and they also follow the Covid-19 protocols. You have a nice TV with DTV and USB support in front of your bed. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. You have a fridge with mini-bar in the room for quick drink access. The toilet was very clean and it had all the necessary toiletries + hair dryer and towels included. I'm really satisfied with everything. The food in the restaurant was also great. Especially the filled chicken steak, the grilled bread and the grilled boletus that I ate for lunch. They also have homemade cherry juice that was absolutely amazing for my taste 😍 For breakfast they don't refuse you if you have a specific food request. I really liked that. I got exactly what I ordered for breakfast (modified cold appetizer). The waiting time for the food was normal/fast. The dishes and the glasses were perfectly clean. The only 3 things that I want to suggest to the hotel are: 1. Addition of Easy & fast manual remote room temperature control 2. Addition of queen beds 3. Stronger WiFi signal These things were not that much of a big deal for me, because the temperature in my room was very pleasant and normal for the period that I stayed in (10-12 October). I mean it was a bit cold outside, but the room temperature was pleasant and well controled. But...its always nice to have an extra manual remote control of the room temperature. The addition of queen beds will be a nice thing too. The merged single beds can easily get sepparated...and its a bit annoying to merge them back sometimes. The wifi signal was poor sometimes too. Anyway, that was only a suggestion and that's not much of a big deal and should not affect anyone's stay in this hotel. I definitely enjoyed the stay and I will come again. Everything was absolutely great for my taste. I give 5 stars for the hotel with the most warm atmosphere that you must visit. I felt like home. Thank you. Greetings!

Wonderfull place to rest and relax. The hotel staff is very hospitable and polite. The rooms were charming and very clean. The Spa center although small provides the relaxation you need. And the food.... DELICIOUS :D
