Very beautiful hotel close to a lot of major shopping centers including Menlyn mall you can walk to places. the nightlife around the hotel is amazing. Food: excellent Rooms:clean and very big though if you want a great experience take a full suit. Staff: very helpful welcoming and goes the extra mile to make you enjoy the stay. Very clean hotel with a fresh smell The only upside might be the busyness around the hotel at times but apart from that it's the most Visit stay and enjoy.

I attended the Emigration Expo. The security was excellent.The staff were all very well informed, patient and approachable.

Perfectly located if attending an event at SunBet arena. At most 200 meters from the arena. Rooms are super comfy and very safe, but will be even better with aircon and a mirror for the wife. The only mirror is in the bathroom.

The Capital Menlyn Main is exactly what you would expect. It has a terrific curb appeal, landscaped gardens, and ample parking both covered and uncovered. Wheelchair parking and wheelchair access to the hotel. The interiors are fresh and modern. Service at the Hotel is excellent. That's true for everybody who enters the Hotel. Menlyn Main offers rooms from ' Budget to Luxury' The rooms are fairly sound proof, stepping out onto the patio, you become part of the nightlife. It can be quite noisy and loud until the next morning. Overall I had a great experience at the Capital Menlyn Main. Customer satisfaction seems to be their top priority.

It was perfect for the Foreigner concert on Sunday at Sunbet arena in Time Square Menlyn. It's also close to several food outlets and the staff were professional

Was a great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Was next to plenty of food establishments and a small mall.

Small deficiencies undercut the experience. At the prices they charge it should be much much better than it is. Despite the decor it never reaches the standards of the best South African hotels, let alone international. The iron in my room tripped the power so I was without power for too long while preparing in the morning. Its not possible to make an external phone call. At breakfast I was looking for an espresso but the waitress bought me bad filter coffee - then I saw other guests enjoying espressos, latte's etc. A building doesn't make a good hotel, service does.

The Hotel is location is perfect and the staff reply emails inquiries faster and the hotel lobby is absolutely the best with tat restaurants near it

It was a conference. The aircon was bleh. The conference room was hot and humid. Breakfast is unhealthy (chocolate croissants, shawarma, muffins, meat pies...carbs gluten sugar everywhere). Not a single fruit in sight. Tiny little cups for coffee and no decaf. Perhaps the organiser is also to blame, hence the 4 stars 🤩 Great WiFi and lunch. Beautiful venue with beautiful and clean bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel in a serene environment! The hotel consist of 6 floors, the room I was had the view of the pool which a beautiful site to behold in the morning. I was quite worried about the rug as I am allergic to dust but I realised it was well cleaned. I was in the standard room and it had a big bed. As regards food, the hotel only provides breakfast so I was given a food voucher for dinner. There are restaurants around where you can redeem your voucher. I would rate it a 10/10

Beautiful apartment with a view of the park. Very close to SunBet Arena. Very convinient when there is an evening show at the Arena. Safe to walk at night.

We were organising a conference event and the facilities are good. I must compliment the chef who prepared food on 18 and 19 May 2022. Those fishcakes were delicious.

A beutiful place to be. Feels like home to me. Clean and peaceful. Could not believe the quietness in the rooms since its in a busy place. Noise canceled completely. I recommend without reservations.

Had a nice stay here! Rooms were lovely, restaurants and some shops are very close too. Breakfast was good however they ran out of baked beans one morning. Would definitely stay there again!

Non hygienic breakfast. All food is open, and people walk and talk near and spit on the food. Hygiene has nothing to do with Covid...

Was nice to stay during a short business trip. Nothing special, just a bit discussion by paying the bill with breakfast and double payments

The hotel overall is neat and accessible to Sun Arena. Had a bad experience with no hot water and requesting room service.

Attended training in one of the conference rooms, snacks served throughout the day was delicious and fresh. The facility was serviced in a professional manner throughout the day

I've been here a number of times and i never got to go beyond reception ☺ my stop on work in never more than 20 minutes but from what I see each time it's lovely clean and quiet. I'm sure it's nice too for a stay and good about it is that there's a lot to do around this place. You'll never go bored for sure. Go try it out. 🙂

Went to Koi. The service, staff and food were less than ordinary. If you want white fish go to Ocean Basket. They did however give us an ice-cream dessert for my birthday. Which was better than the service we got at Kream, for my wife's birthday which had been booked especially.

Great hotel, fairly busy, very close to good restaurants, and a small shopping center. The only reason for not 5 star is the very basic breakfast, nothing to write home about...

Good hotel, well located. Good services but would avoid for the laundry, you must pay to get your clothes and there's no any advertisement on this and this was unfortunate for me. The restaurant is good, good breakfast. 5 min walking for The Time Square Mall with restaurants, bars, casino.

We were very impressed with our top-floor room. Very neat, feels modern, air con effective. Nice view. Access to the Square is very easy, and you have so many options for dinner etc. Was a pleasurable stay.

It's a very busy hotel & they can manage it very well! The conference rooms are well equipped.

Warm welcoming receptionist, security staff that are taking care of clients, restaurant staff friendly welcoming.

Lovely place. Enjoyed the food at Koi restaurant. Amazing staff, the kitchen closed a bit early though for the function. Will give it another try next time and see if they are worthy of 5 stars

This Hotel is top of its class and i mostly liked the rooms which are very roomy and spacious as i like to have my space and not to be crowded in a small room. I n my my life i have never stayed in a standard hotel room with so much room.

I love everything about the place from cleanliness, courtesy, the rooms are big enough with clean linens and towels. I will definitely come back.The hotel is close to restaurants and shops and that's just another cherry on top👌
