the Benoni branch, wasn't healed at all,n their attitude leaves much to be desired..anyway it's my fault was attributed by their branding when you enter Lakeside..should have gone to the Doctors that I highly recommended

Money making business. Told my husband his medical aid covers blood work and now they charging him for it. Using Path24 - which is charging above and beyond rates. They took out my husbands stitches well before it was ready and he had to go back to medicross. Just don’t waste your time with these people. They are useless and only looking to rip people off.

Very impressive, The staff is friendly and Dr also does a great job. I was in and out in less than 30mins and it’s also a plus that they also dispense medication which saved me another trip to the pharmacy. Thank you

Why do you not give out invoices to cash customer sto that they can claim from their medical aid. I choose to pay cash and then submit to medical aid as rates differs. Peermont will not give you an invoice with the relevant codes as they claim this is not done for cash customers. Paid R300 for eye test and willing to pay R2600 cash for multifocal glasses and had to cancel because of their policy which was non negotiable. Have not experienced this before at any of the medical centres.

Attended the center a few days back. I have to say I have very happy at Dr Muhomed and the staff for helping me with my problem. Keep up the great effort

I was no.4 on the list to be attended to by the dentist. After the 3rd patient they usher in another man apparently they "skipped" him earlier. I argued when did they skip him as I have been at the practice since the 1st patient was attended to, their register even proves that and I was asked to take a seat I will be attended to. We all are paying patients just don't understand the disrespect or favoritism. Disappointing!

Typing this with a heavy heart. My first time there and my experience was horrible. I had an appointment for 3.30. Got there by 3.40. They made me sit and wait for an hour. Then after that they asked me to come back tomorrow. They attended some lady who came before me. The dentist said she had to rush. Am not sure if the the lady who came after me was going to pay in US dollars not in Rands like me. I Was really hurt. Or you have your preferences

The services that I receive from the clinic is excellent. Dr. Brian and the staff are friendly. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends. We highly appreciate you guys. Keep up the good work.

Dr Sibeko has been our doctor for a long rime and we are so happy with the super spectacular care, love, support and kindness she gives, we always get better after her prescribing our medication. I have been a patient with my family at kempton park for years. We eventually left the branch due to the terrible service and the state the facility went through when the original doctor passed on. An old Indian doctor with glasses was the height of the rudness and we left for good. That doctor should be reported and I think is the reason kempton park is in such a state. We decided to give the new facility at benoni a chance when it opened. My nephew was well taken care off by a young dr and I continued to send my family and friends to benoni. We went back last week and the same situation like kempton park was experienced and I can see a trend. This place is nothing but a state run facility looking and masquerading as a private facilty besides a few good doctors who either are fired or pass on or leave as there is never a same doctor looking after my family. I honestly am thinking of taking things further unless serious changes are made by the owners. A public apology to all clients are warranted after such treatment .

Visited the site again after have experienced a not so pleasant experience a couple of days back,i must say say I don't regret giving the facility a 2nd chance,had a dr do a full examination to that of my satisfaction,she referred me to a gynaecologist which was a breeze because they have an in house gynaecologist,oh i must say DR SEDITI is the best she took her time to explain everything to me even though it was already after hours her patience was exceptional, not forgetting the Supervisors for their dedication to patient satisfaction and make sure we get the best medical treatment.

I previously had an issue where the service was not to my satisfaction. Turns out it was just a big misunderstanding, then the practice manager Mr Suffy Patel went beyond the call of duty by ensuring that I get all the necessary assistance needed for my daughter. Great customer service and highly recommended practice to visit in Benoni. Keep up the good work Guys🙏🙏

Good price for visitors. Need a bit wait, but no problem

I went to go see a doctor on the 2nd of Jan 2024 because I have a boil. The doctor walked in greeted me and I told her about the boil under my armpit . She asked to take a look and I showed her , she pressed and squeezed then when I reacted to the pain she said “argh please relax, how am I supposed to give you an injection if you act like this” . She injected me gave me pain meds and antibiotics…its been 4 days , I now have 2 boils and struggle to sleep on my right side 🙂. I accepted the rudeness from the doc because I just wanted to get rid of the boil . If you go to the practical and see a black african lady with dreads please go to a public clinic instead .

Happy with their service, well organized and professional. The Dr knows exactly what she does, she is the best!
