@ Lungile ,This is not the Doctor Memeh we know. My experience with her has been consistent and I have been going to the practice for over four years now. She is patient, thorough and incredibly good with children. Sometimes my kids find any excuse to compel us to visit the practice even when they are not ill. I find this review very strange I must say. Also no mention in the review if your child got better or not. Thank you very much Dr Memeh.

This has to be the worst practice I’ve ever been to my whole life. The doctor gives very little advise on and is unfriendly. All she does is write scripts and not even properly assess the patient. You leave that place feeling like you didn’t get proper medical advise and attention!

Dr Memeh is pleasant and professional. She is accommodating when comes last minute emergency appointments. Her rooms are clean and welcoming. She also makes follow calls which is an absolute bonus.

Worst GP service received. Doctor provides prescription, I go to 4 pharmacies which don’t have it. Contact the practice only for another doctor to say, Oh just leave it out then. If you have a 12 week old sick son and receive such “medical expertise” you would also be appalled. Then my review gets deleted so I will re-post again!

Dr Memeh’s practice is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Her staff are also all so professional. She is the most kindest Doctor I know that takes time to know you as a person and not just a patient. Which is quite rare in this day and age. I’d definitely would recommend her and her practice.

Literally the most horrible consultation. I took my son for skin issues and Dr Meme attended to him, she did not even want to touch the child. She did not care to ask questions about diet, genetics behind the skin, prior products etc. she just sat there and wrote a script. Not even a smile to my son (10 months). I’m so appalled by her service. I give 2 stars only because the receptionists are so kind and gentle. Wild enough there were 2 other patients with babies in the parking lot and asked me how my consultation went, I was honest and those ladies got back in their vehicles to go look for another doctor. Wow I’m not impressed at ALL!!

Dr Memeh and her team of doctors are extremely professional, highly knowledgeable with vast clinical expérience and always willing to help. In my opinion, they sound be applauded for offering after hour services without an extra charge and still maintaining acceptable standards. Our whole family comes here. We are very happy

I came in for a consultation yesterday and literally did not receive any assistance or verdict from Dr Memeh - She advised that she’d send me a referral later, and I still haven’t received one today after reaching out twice already. Imagine paying a consultation fee for no consultation at all, a consultation should be helpful how was I allowed to even leave the doctor’s room with no information about specialist recommendations and still pay the full consultation fee - I’d like a refund, horrible service.
