I had an exceptional dining experience at this Italian South African fusion restaurant! The main courses were a delightful blend of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with excitement. The salads and veggies were fresh and perfectly complemented the main dishes. The drinks menu was impressive, offering a variety of refreshing options to pair with our meal. The waitstaff provided top-notch service, and the involved manager passionately introduced us to the daily specials, showcasing his deep love for the restaurant. Absolutely wow! Perfect setting. The Manager still goes around recommending dishes. To date the best vegan menu I've ever come across. Dhal and spinach prepared to perfection... like my Mama made it! Compliments to the Chef, Manager and Waiter!

My wife and I went here on an impromptu date night to celebrate some recent good family events. Fortunately we went in the late afternoon and they had a table for us; I would definitely recommend reservations in the future! The thing that impressed us the most was that the people who came to talk to us about the menu and specials were extremely knowledgeable about the food, and could make recommendations based on what you like. This is not something that we've found often in SA. Everything we had was very good. If one thing stood out it was the cheesecake. It's a German style, which I had not had before. It's quite possibly the best I have eaten. Very light but not crumbly, the perfect density and texture. It's worth going back just for that!

Overall the experience was great. Nice ambience. Food was good. Calamari Portuguesesa ans snails was really good. Waitress was friendly and nice. Only negative was the meals came very quick which felt a bit rushed. Didn't really get time to enjoy the main meal.

Banting Friendly We were first introduced to Pachas by a friend 10 years ago, we have continued to celebrate most our special occasions from that time to date. Last night they blew my socks off when I told them I was Banting, the chef specifically made delicious Banting veggies & salad for me to enjoy with my Eisbein! We always drive all the way from Midstream to get there as their consistency when it comes to taste and service is secondary to none. It’s world class! An incredible evening spent indulging in fine dining. The quality of the cuisine served here was simply on a different culinary level. The carpaccio is an absolute must-order item! The ambiance is one of refined sophistication and devoted attention. We celebrated our anniversary in this location, and it turned out to be the best choice. We Even got a special surprise from the restaurant in the form of free Italian kisses for our anniversary.

What an awesome restaurant. You have the attention of the staff from when you walk in. They are well mannered and polite and make you feel important. We were a table of 6 and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Our waiter Andrew was knowledgeable and helpful. What an amazing taste experience. Flavours to die for. We celebrated my husband's birthday with friends. The personnel at Pacha's made it such a special event by allocating a private room that seated the 10 of us very comfotably. It is a pleasure to write this review. We had our son’s 21st bday celebration last night (24 Feb) at Pachas. It was a group of 14 young adults. We booked the private venue and opted for a set menu. All the staff is so professional and friendly, but I have to highlight the waitress, Tatjana. She was exceptional and I could leave everything to her. She kept an eye on the budget, served, took photos etc. I am so grateful to her, really. The food was so tasty, the atmosphere great. My son and his friends had a good celebration that will be remembered for long. Thank you Pachas and Tatjana.

Took my wife for our anniversary during the week. Literally the best food I have ever had. We had Cod and Lamb shank that wasn't on the menu. The pan fried potatoes alone deserve a 5 star review. We were served by Andrew which made sure our glases stayed full all night. We really had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely go again. And probably again after that.

We had an exceptional meal as part of the Christmas set menu. Several options were available for starters, main meals and desserts. The food service was fast especially for such a busy day and the food was great! I can really recommend this for a family meal on Christmas day.

You don't need a special celebration to visit Pachas. Visiting Pachas is a special celebration. Some of the best meals I have ever had. On point every single time. The taste, the presentation, attention to detail together with friendly waiters, managers, the atmosphere and intimate setting, Pachas will quickly steal your heart (And taste buds). Their lunch menu is probably the best value for money in SA at the moment. At the end of your visit you might leave Pachas, but Pachas never leaves you :-)

Fantastic food, a great wine selection and exceptional service combined with prices which, while high, are not ridiculous given the quality and quantity of the servings, make this a great venue for special occasions. From the warm welcome at the door and the excellent service from our waiter Andrew to the delicious meal we were allowed to share.. . And lastly the most impressive... our sugar free dessert the chef whipped up for us even though it was not on the menu. Pachas will definutely see us again... and again.
