It's always a pleasure coming to this mall. There is always parking available. Very friendly atmosphere overall and the staff in the different stores always friendly and helpful.

Upmarket, medium-to-large sized shopping with a good mix of chain retail and Boutique retails stores. Middle to Upper LSM. Never crowded, but never empty. Nice shopping

Pathetic and uncaring management. My kids went for the 20.30 movies at Ster kinekor and all the mall gates were locked when we went to fetch them. We had to park outside on the road with no lights. We were sitting ducks for high jackets and muggers. We are pensioners and Brooklyn mall doesn't care for the safety of its patrons.

Great mall. My experience during exiting the mall might not be constant, but vehicles were piling up not able to get the exit booms to work. It seemed like everybody had to communicate through the 'help' button to get them to open the boom. That was not a nice experience...

Brooklyn Mall is relatively easily accessible from the surrounding suburbs, the Central Business District, as well as from Pretoria East. Parking is apparently free since recently. The mall features most of the usual chain stores and restaurants, some spilling over to the lower floor open area, where a kiddies play area is also located. This food court /dining area has a great ambiance, except during loadshedding when the noisy generators kick in. Brooklyn Mall also has a Cinema Nouveau.

A lot of parking and lots of high class restaurants with affordable prices for all, does not have traffic of people of parking, is very refreshing. Has a park for children to play

I like this mall more than mall of africa.. smaller but better in everything First of all they are reusing the grey water.. just for this I can give 20stars 😌 The shops looks better, the eateries looks better. Just you might not notice how big it is 😅 there is two different parts and I didn’t noticed the big part , my husband found it 🤭

This is still one the nicest shopping centres to visit..if you love coffee shops then this is for you and if you love books theres plenty of book shops for every type of reader...theres a movie cinema and lots of great shops of different likes and style to buy that special and unique item or gift for someone special..ive been going for a while now and havnt managed to visit half the coffee shops and restaurants..

One of the oldest malls in Pretoria, I suppose. I'm liking the fact that till now the mall is still in good shape, clean, vibrant, and has many shops to shop from. It doesn't look dull or deteriorating. It has quite a few restaurants you can pick from to satisfy your culinary experience. I really hope the mall will remain like this.

Welcome to one of Pretoria's hundred thousand malls: a labyrinth of shiny tiles, bright lights and lost souls with huge bags to get lost in. A huge old mall with a thousand parking spaces. Of course you look for the one small store that seems to teleport itself as you walk in circles, sweating, surrounded by consumer professionals. Three times through the complex, past the same chain stores as in every other mall on the planet, and then the miracle happens! You find the store. Brief joy, then disillusionment: where was the car again? Here? No, not here! Not there either! Perhaps in a parallel world. This mall was the final boss.
