Definitely not the best food I’ve ever had, but I appreciated their vegan options. The falafel wrap was decent and the plant peanut butter bomb shake was delicious. The avocado toast is mostly avocado with a small piece of bread (a bit different different to what we expected in terms of proportions).

I went in for lunch on Saturday. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I wanted to do a sit down but they noted that it is take away only and I could eat in the food court. Usually the food is presented in plates but here had to eat from the wrapper. I had the Sriracha chicken wrap which was good and consistent with other branches. There was no real atmosphere as I had to eat in the food court.

The order was a little bit chaotic but I got exactly the wrap that I ordered although I had to change some ingredients due to my fructose intolerance. It took a while to prepare my wrap but it was crowdy so I could expect that! The wrap tasted really good and the ingredients were really fresh!

Cajun Wrap was ice cold even after asked to remake it. Smoothie was not well blended. Overall just not great. Bryanston gym kauai food is much better.

The most rude and worst customer service ever. I just wanted to redeem my smoothie instead of explaining or assisting me he rudely told me to bring my phone and he told me how he won’t help me this wasn’t the first time experiencing this man’s disgusting attitude he honestly needs to get off his high horse and become more polite to customers!!!

Worst Kauai I have ever experienced!! I waited 40min for my Moroccan wrap and smoothie order. My smoothie was totally melted to liquid and my wrap inside was ice cold, so they said they will put in in microwave, after which it was really gross. Don’t ever go here 👍

Hi there,I bought avo and steak wrap and schimchuri steak wrap and 3 Smoothies.The wrap where delicious as always,but then the smoothies no guys its called a smoothie for a reason this one was rocky I was chewing carrots from that smoothie , my son didn't even drink his smoothie there where piece of strawberries.

This wrap was below par. I was reminded why I had not visited Kauia in a while. Horriblefood especially for the price.

I’ve gotten food from this place before, service was good as always, but today the food was something else. Smoothies weren’t fully blended, nothing more disgusting than sipping on a slimy piece of fruit swimming in what’s meant to be a smoothie. Just like chunks of slimy fruit activating my gag reflex. The steak and avo quesadilla wraps were cold, the cheese wasn’t melted as per norm, it tasted awful like I’ve never had Kauai like this before and we actually have it a few times a month. Will never come back to this Kauai at Sandton City again, can’t risk it. I’m honestly not one to complain and understand that it sucks working during festive seasons, but people just need to do their job properly. Like Kauai so expensive for them to do this.

Burger basically tasted like charcoal , my smoothie had to be remade because my order was “taken” by someone else. not impressed with the facility or service

Service was dull, one guy doing the juices/smoothies, while everyone chills as there’s no orders for the food section. Don’t bother tapping, the machine is outdated. Was too late by the time I saw the reviews about this. The lady at the till point says it’s my card… no, it’s the owner of the place that refuses to update it. She looks like she’s about to fall off to sleep.

Cashiers are extremely rude and unfriendly. Staff vocally complaining to customers that they are tired and that it has been a long day, thats why the mess up the orders. not on.

Update: of late 2022+ they have improved their their service, no complaints so far, good job! Prev: Great food when they get your order right. I've had it twice now where the ingredients are wrong - e.g. Plant Power wrap is missing orange. This can be solved by just telling the customer when they take the order that they're out of that ingredient (if it's not incompetence when making the wrap). Will no longer order from there.

Bought a princess wrap yesterday, got home and the wrap was like sauce. The chef did not apply the correct combination of ingredients, very bad experience

I posted a review on Sunday and I see it was removed. I have been a client of Kauai for years. Sunday I bought a princess wrap at Sandton City and the wrap was like sauce when I got home. The chef did not apply the correct amount of ingredients. The incompetence of the people will cost the company it's brand. To date no response on my complaint. I will not buy from the retail chain again.

Very dissatisfied with kauai Sandton city. we waited 30 minutes for two smoothies. Will definitely not buy at this store again...

Tried their Avo No Bull burger and was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant it tasted. So glad I was willing to give it a try, considering that my experience with other black bean burgers have not been great. The combination of rockets, red onions, and the slice of tomato with a toasted bun made it an overall happy affair although it was a bit weird how the bottom bit of the burger seemed "cold/room temperature" compared to the top bit with the burger and toasted top part of the bun. Order was processed fairly quickly.

I ordered food via the ubereats app at around 10:00 a.m and set the scheduled delivery time to around 15:00 p.m, the app said i will get a notification once the store accepts/confirms the order. At around 13:30 i started getting worried as I had received no order confirmation on the app so i decided to give the store a call and the lady on the other end told me they received my order and there is nothing to worry about, my order will be made and delivered. Between 15:00 -15:30 i got a notification that the store had cancelled my order and the funds reimbursed without a valid explanation of the cancellation, leaving me extremely hungry & disappointed.

Ordered a Morrocan Wrrap and floo fighter for beverage. Service was unpleasant from when I arrived. Gent who assisted being on his phone and unwelcoming. When eating the wrap it was cold (ate it at the movies, which is 1min away from Kauai). The floo fighter was like warm so asked that it’d be heated up. It was like I was offending someone. All this time I remained pleasant as that’s who I am. But will never come to this Kauai again. Maybe they have for their people.

By far the worst kauai Restaurant i have bought food from. I am never going there again. Just wasted my money. I bought there new Chicken BBQ wrap it was so dry with no source on it. The Strawberry smoothie was tasteless. Very disappointing for brand like yours to have such poor quality of food.
