    Game Store at Carnival Mall is up there with any other good store and typically tries to make a shopping experience as one stop as possible. This store provides a wide range of merchandise at comparatively good prices. Anything from school stationary to groceries, cellphones, TV's, sports equipment, garden supplies to office furniture and appliances. An in-store finance is also available for those pricier items. The staff is always helpful and polite.

    Great experience, their staff is very friendly and professional. One is able to get most of the required products from furniture, electronics to food items.

    The most horrible client service ever. I am honestly going to publish my experience in any platform as many as possible. The sad thing is I didn't ask for credit. Goods were paid in cash but I as a client went through the most worse horrible experience. Only the guy who started helping was helpful. The sales woman with horrible attitude. I am still going to provide my feedback to the branch manager. #Nevergameagain.

    I applied for a game card, no problem at all. Collecting this card I chose mall @ Carnival as that is the nearest store. Got to the store for the first time, by the electrical counter, the staff told me the system is offline without even checking the system. I left the store and phoned thereafter 7 times, the phone was dropped in my ear 6 times, when i finally got to speak to the manager. He insured me the system was online and I can come to collect my card, when i got to the store the second time the same staff told me the only lady issuing cards already left and that i will not be able to collect my card. I asked to speak to the manager in person, as the manager is the one who insured me i can collect the card. The staff gave him a call he told them he is in a meeting and that he will attend to my issue shortly. 5 minutes thereafter the staff informed me that the manager had to leave the store.So no one can assist me.I left the store once again empty handed. The staff at the electric counter was so rude, and made me feel so uncomfortable as they just stood there with no intention to assist. Management are supposed to be all rounders. I dont get how only 1 manager is on duty, and runs away from the client. This is a very bad store, very bad service, very bad staff, untrained management. I don't see this store keeping open there door's.

    The worst experience by far, I took a trolly and went into their store - greet the security personnel at the door (personal choice) and she made a personal choice not to respond. I found that disturbing but hey, we're not all wired the same. They don't have ice, so I left, then some guy tells me leave their trolly because I did not buy anything from them. So was I supposed to make the ice I wanted if they don't have it? Wow, now if I ever set foot in Game again- it'll be too soon

    I bought my laptop end of February 2022, by early April (within 1 and a half month) my laptop crashed, I took it for repairs and when it came back it was damaged, it now came back with deep scratches in the front and back which were not there before. I was called to come for collection and after pointing out the issue, they told me they will speak to the supplier and come back to me, now its been 2 weeks without any feedback. I'm waiting at the store now....I'm not leaving without a way forward. The longer my laptop is here the more I am losing money. Something to note: I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy laptops at game carnival, they don't offer quality laptops here, most of them are flawed. Many people as I am here they are bring their laptops for repairs and other bringing them for a rework. When you ask how long ago did they buy their laptops at most is less than 3 months... I repeat: I don't recommend anyone to buy laptops here at game carnival!!!

    Same old same old. What you see is what you get, if they haven't got it on the shelf/floor then chances are they're outta stock. The staff in general need a lesson in the advantages of being upbeat, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and ready to help and how to spot a clueless and exasperated customer and how to turn a frown into a smile. Until then be prepared to help yourself and find what you want by yourself.

    Great place with plenty of stock. Usually a long wait to get medicine but atleast all their tills etc are open and so the line moves reasonably. Clean and have some stock that you don’t usually get at other pharmacies

    Yesterday we were shopping at Game Carnival Mall and what a pleasant rare experience to encounter the most amazing and helpful staff. Thank you Lucky for your assistance in purchasing the Samsung washing machine. You went the extra mile with all your effort to make sure we got just what we were looking for. The cashier was so friendly and polite and even gave us an extra discount because we were vaccinated. The management must please congratulate there staff for their excellent service.

    I got a Finance card from RCS that needed to be activated and we needed assistance but no one at Game would assist. We were turned back and told to come back the next day and the attitude of the staff was not professional.

    Worst experience with the lady at digital counter, at Game Carnival Mall, Saturday the 18th December. My daughter asked the lady for assistance with a DI or XLR cable of which short and ubrupt reply was given. When my daughter asked if they sold cameras the lady's attitude changed and she got annoyed because of the questions asked.     I went to the internet looking for a ups, now i saw on the internet that they had, tried phoning them 3 times on the number provided of the internet, yet it was just ringing, i got to the store and asked for the ups that was on there website, i was then informed that they haven't kept any ups in the store for the past 3 years, how come they advertise it then, this is false advertising, i spoke with the manager and asked him about the telephone number, which is the one i had called and yet no one answered the phone, had they answered the phone then i would not have driven all the way to the store, i honestly think that all the game stores have been lacking of service, professional service well there is none, i will never support any game store again,

    DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE!!! I bought a galaxy a23 smartphone on the 8th of July and by October , the charging port had already been damaged. I took it back to the store to get repaired and it took a whole 3 weeks for them to send it back and in that 3 weeks , the phone spent 1whole week at the store not being sent to the repair shop. Today , 16th December , it has the very same issue again . I now have to go back to the store to report the problem and I don't know what will happen , but I'm pretty sure that it'll be a set back again . At this point I just want a replacement or refund because I'm now not so sure about how strong this phone is and I generally love Samsung devices and have used them for years, so this is a letdown.

    I bought a tv from game and had it delivered. Instore they where very helpful and friendly they even let my wife cut the long lines cause she is pregnant. but now I am still waiting to be contacted for delivery time. I tried phoning them but the sales manager doesn't pick up the phone and the help desk is quite rude and not very helpful. so she took my number and said that the sales manager wil contact me but guess how that went...... yes still nothing.

    Why streamline the store now it's nothing special anymore. All the companies have lost what made them special. Customer service gone good swift service gone. And companies wonder why business is down it's because the same care isn't there anymore.

    I bought a few items from the store last week and none of them were easy to assemble, when I asked for the delivery and assembling to be charged no one was available for assistance.finally had the delivery done but, I’m very disappointed with the service I received.

    Game Carnival does not even deserve 1 star. Poor customer service, we purchased double door Samsung fridge and got the worst experience ever. They make you feel like you are desperate and they don't need your money.

    My pensioners card renewal was supposed to be ready 4 weeks ago. It is missing. Now I suppose I have to spend time and money for new photos etc. So where does the savings come in. All other cards for pensioners do not expire so in any case why does the card at game expire in 6 months even with lockdown? It is not the first time that game carnival excels in such bad service!

    Always an amazing place to shop! Convenient and as for me I live around the area which makes it even more accessible at anytime during operating hours. I usually buy my smartphones at Game store at reasonable prices when they are on sale you can find almost everything from electronics to Gym products, home use appliances, wearables, affordable TVs smart and normal you name it!.
