I
applied
for
a
game
card,
no
problem
at
all.
Collecting
this
card
I
chose
mall
@
Carnival
as
that
is
the
nearest
store.
Got
to
the
store
for
the
first
time,
by
the
electrical
counter,
the
staff
told
me
the
system
is
offline
without
even
checking
the
system.
I
left
the
store
and
phoned
thereafter
7
times,
the
phone
was
dropped
in
my
ear
6
times,
when
i
finally
got
to
speak
to
the
manager.
He
insured
me
the
system
was
online
and
I
can
come
to
collect
my
card,
when
i
got
to
the
store
the
second
time
the
same
staff
told
me
the
only
lady
issuing
cards
already
left
and
that
i
will
not
be
able
to
collect
my
card.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
in
person,
as
the
manager
is
the
one
who
insured
me
i
can
collect
the
card.
The
staff
gave
him
a
call
he
told
them
he
is
in
a
meeting
and
that
he
will
attend
to
my
issue
shortly.
5
minutes
thereafter
the
staff
informed
me
that
the
manager
had
to
leave
the
store.So
no
one
can
assist
me.I
left
the
store
once
again
empty
handed.
The
staff
at
the
electric
counter
was
so
rude,
and
made
me
feel
so
uncomfortable
as
they
just
stood
there
with
no
intention
to
assist.
Management
are
supposed
to
be
all
rounders.
I
dont
get
how
only
1
manager
is
on
duty,
and
runs
away
from
the
client.
This
is
a
very
bad
store,
very
bad
service,
very
bad
staff,
untrained
management.
I
don't
see
this
store
keeping
open
there
door's.
