Bought a Juno Birst BT speaker. First of all a great little speaker. Unfortunately I must have received the dud. So I returned the speaker to this branch which was not even the branch originally purchased from. Thabo at the store assisted me with no issues at all. Said he had another unit available and did the exchange with no problems. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU!!
