Sad to find myself writing this. I am also worried that the owners comments on customers reviews are negative and defensive, which means they are not taking reviews as an opportunity to improve and do better. I was a guest at a party this Saturday. The venue is not maintained, not safe at all. toilets seats are broken. It was cold at night, there was only 1 gas heater i saw, just sitting like a display, with no gas. The food was bad, some of us even got sick after eating them. I felt so sorry for my friend, considering the money they have paid, it felt like a scam. Please do better!

Very bad bad service... Firstly we facing a serious pandemic in our country, this company does not follow any directives of the government. They never scanned our temperature and sanitized us. The so called owner didn't even bother to wear a mask knowing exactly she's working with people. Secondly they don't have any digital or printed out menu, which you have to visualize the menu yourself. Beverages were hot on a hot weather, now I really understand why the place was so empty. I really don't understand why we must make reservations on a place that lack service. Last but not least, the funny part is when they brought a whole HAND WRITTEN bill. The owner seem to be good with that when we explained to her that we ain't impressed with the service. My concern is why do you call yourself Black Youth Owned & still give your customers a go ahead to write a bad review about your company??

I don’t understand why I have to pay for service I didn’t Enjoy, you pay R200pp for Entrance you get in and the service was Bad, they don’t have a menu table, you have to come with cash to make payment, the lady who claims she’s the owner is very rude, the workers are dirty, I can’t even trust her Kitchen, I have to tell them what I want with no Table menu, I won’t Advice you to go there cause you will regret spending money on what you not comfortable with...

This was an amazing experience... When we first stumbled upon it we had no idea this would be such a special place for me and Fiancé and yesterday our experience was A Grade.. The staff and the food the vibe and the setup was definitely something spectacular.. More especially so because that's where my Fiancé proposed... Thank you so much to everyone who made this happen... All the planning and execution was beyond incredible... I can't thank you guys enough... To Chris and his Team... I wish you and your establishment nothing but the best Success and Growth 😊😊😊

Beautiful experience we had on Women's day. Would probably be 5 * we just didn't get to go on boat rides . Looking forward to another visit soon.

I was there for the "Tshwane Picnic and Cocktail Experience". So 1st the food was horrible...they made us pay for wings but ended up serving is dry drumsticks. And the chips were literally like boiled undercooked potatoes. The drinks though were very good and affordable. The music was good but they played deephouse till 8pm which was boring because we needed the variety. Otherwise the place is cute i guess.

I am extremely disappointed with the venue. We chose it for our end of year function but will NEVER recommend it! Firstly, there are no sign boards to locate the venue, and when the GPS accurately took us there, we didn't know we had arrived. Food was pre-ordered a week in advance, to be served at 1pm but we were only served at 3:30pm. I ordered a vegan meal, which almost never arrived, until a colleague had to wait in the kitchen for the meal to be prepared for me. The meat eaters had almost raw meat and spolit corn on the cob. We had to buy crisps and juice from a grocery store because we had to wait for the food. However, bathrooms were clean, and atmosphere was ok.

Awesome experience, a great place to spend and create special memories. The scenery is beautiful.

Jiki jiki on the bill there's an entrance fee that you are not told about. Nje! It is not communicated at all! Nice vibe though.

Bubbles Champagne but no Champagne. Given a menu but half the stuff not available. Food was not even worth what we paid. Very disappointing and not worth the price we paid
