Amazing place with a wide variety in animals and all things needed to keep your pets happy and healthy. They even have an in house vet and grooming service. I've already bought a few rare breed birds from the avian section for my flock. They're all in a very healthy condition and clearly being very well cared for.

By far the best place to take your beloved pets and where it is an all in one place...vet ...supplies...grooming...and sale of pets. The staff at the vet section are wonderful and friendly...keep it up guys and gals. Well stocked in most petcare products. Veterinarians are available 7 Days a week. Pricing can be more competitive... They have some nice open days with pet displays.... A point to note, be accommodating to EVERYONE attending.

They took great care of my fur babies. I had my two Jack Russell puppies sterilised and the vet and team were so caring. My puppies are recovering and almost back to being the busy bodies that they are. I highly recommend them.

I took my chow in for the premium and they shaved him… As you know chows have a undercoat and being shaven causes a lot of damage to the chow’s shin as well a future hair growth. I told the receptionist that my dog must not be shaved at all, she said she understood but here we are. If family pet centre is unable to train their employees to the necessary extent they should rather close. If you want to protect your dogs never take them here.

The place to get food for your pets

Very interesting shop with a lot of goodies for animal lovers, from dogs to cats to birds and fish...and some other species as well. A must see for sure..loved it

Clean, well kept and.. Huge store, open nearly always, massive selection, some interesting variety in between and generally very well stocked. Has a nice little cafe for something small/sinple, and / or the kids... Conveniently located, it has become our general goto store for vet dog food for our 2 labs, and sometimes (when available) crickets for the scorpions ;)

Another massive pet store chain. Overall feel of the store is good and staff are very helpful. We were just browsing so I wouldn't be able to comment about the staff product knowledge but I take it for granted that it should be fine. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side but a good quantity of products available for any 'department'. They have a VET department and also offer a dog grooming service on site.

Family Pet Centre is one of the most organized, neat, clean and family first centres that I have ever entered! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful. Their exhibitions are fantastic! Great selection of pets. Jason has a passion for his fish and reptiles and is a great salesman😉

Great variety of pets!!! If you're looking for exotic reptiles, slithering snakes and beautiful birds. This is where you want to go. They have more common pets like hamsters, rabbits, and fish as well. No cats and dogs though. It's a very clean space and they have a vet in the store as well. The staff has a good knowledge of what they're selling and they are very friendly
