Worst Nandos experience ever! We ordered food via barcode link on their tables and we waited 1hr 30mins just to be told that our order didn't go through to their system even tough It went through on our bank and it was approved on the Nandos site. The manager wasn't helpful at all. We will never go to any Nandos again after this experience! Absolutely disgusting!

Ruth My partner and I ordered a ¼ chicken and Fiesta fries meal with Aqua Caipirinha. The food was delicious and the portions were big. Our friendly waitress Ruth was so welcoming and she assisted us with ordering using the QR code. She kept on coming to check on us which I found very kind. Her overall service is outstanding. We need more people like her in retail markets.

The service was exceptionally well , quick and good food. The guy called Emmanuel, your service is out off this world my guy. With your attitude you will go far. You did nothing special but your service was just so perfect.

The service and food was exceptionally great, the gentleman who served us, Emmanuel, was very professional, the service we received from him was world class.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent, Noxolo was a great host 🙂. The decor is lovely, props to the design team and yay for having local art on the walls 😊

Ordered full chicken and 4 sides, upon delivery 1 side was missing. And i requested well done chicken but it was still red inside. ( i have pics) I tried to call the restaurant many times, eventually got through to Norma who said she cannot do anything to assist me. I must log it with Mr Delivery. I sent a message to Mr D who wanted to give me a R36 coupon. I had guests and It was so embarrassing. It was Nandos fault, I am so upset about my experience especially from a new nandos at mall of Africa.

No thank you. Very poor service, lack of trained staff, disappointing food. Sat "outside" - food arrived extremely cold and not cooked thoroughly. Waitress seemed un-interested in serving us. Drinks came 5 minutes after the cold food. A miss for me!!

Weasted my one and half hour to get the order at table. Staff are not friendly, poor coordination between them.. Specially lady who receive order with name Londive needs proper training...!!

Went to Nando’s to get some lunch, ordered a VEG carnival wrap (as I do not eat any meat). When I got home and opened my wrap, it was full of chicken. I went and checked my slip to make sure it was a veg wrap I ordered, and I even checked the little slip that was attached to my bag - all said that there was a Veg wrap. There was a copious amount of chicken in my “veg wrap” that is pictured below: Such a pity, Nando’s was always my favourite place for good, fast vegetarian food.

Wow I am so disappointed by nandos mall of Africa, I normally buy nandos at Bryanston but since I was in waterfall thought I should buy it in mall of Africa little did I know I was throwing my money in the drain. The chicken was awful 😖 and the rolls were as hard as rocks not to mention the butter/ Rama I don't know if it was amas or rotten milk but the was something going on that I don't even know myself how to explain, never have I ever seen nandos butter/ Rama like that, the rolls wow I don't know what happened today with nandos mall of Africa, not sure if they were serving me with last week meal or what. But all I can say is I am very disappointed by Nandos Mall Of Africa, sad part I could eat the food

The two stars is for the friendly staff, otherwise it would have been a one. The staff even convinced me to buy last week Thursday when the wedges were out of stock and I wanted them so bad - that’s good they are. Got home and there was 1 piece of corn that the ends of it was bad. You know when corn starts going bad and the ends start looking like the cob and lose colour? Yes, that was that one piece we got and I figured they just had to give that piece to someone and that was us. No salad dressing for the salad I got as well. I got over it and came back today and again I wasn’t happy 😩 the garlic roll didn’t even have the melted butter effect that it always has and it was stiff. I love Nando’s and it makes it hard that I need to go to Sanridge square for the best.

For 10 marks, how do you cut the veges? This hot pot is not make sure 🥺

Delicious food, great location and superb service! I love that Nandos branches always have a hand wash basin. The ice cream at this branch is delicious and such good value at R15 for soft serve in a chocolate waffle cone. The best value meal for me is the 1/4 chicken, chips and a roll. I love how consistent they are with their portions and taste. Nandos never disappoints 😍

Normally I wouldn't write a review on a beloved South African branch, as I also love eating at Nandos. However, this past weekend my friend and I decided to eat at the Nandos at Mall of Africa and it was not up to standards. I will start straight away with saying that my chicken was NOT cooked properly, it was still pink and bleeding, which is disappointing since this has never happened in the past eating at any Nandos. My friend checked hers and also saw some pink (but wasn't bleeding) so just to be safe than sorry, we decided to send both our plates back (also with this bird flu going around, we didn't want to take a chance). The waiter took it back to the kitchen, and since its an open kitchen, we saw that the chefs where inspecting it. After watching them, the manager came to speak to us with a plate of chicken, but it was only my friends chicken (not mine, which was strange, since mine was more raw than hers). The manager spoke to us, explaining that they do not tolerate uncooked chicken, and apologised while showing us that "chicken legs can be pink but it is cooked to the bone", but I could not shake off the feeling that we were being "lectured" more than being spoken to with kindness (he had a very condescending tone). I was going to bring up the fact that he wasn't showing me my chicken however, I was hungry and just wanted my food. The manager did assure me that we will get a new chicken (both of us), and left. Upon receiving the new chicken, I checked, and my chicken was properly cooked, hardly any pink AND NO BLOOD. This assured me that I wasn't "imagining" that my chicken wasn't cooked, and the manager not showing my chicken while lecturing us also made it clearer that they wanted to make it seem like it was "all in our heads" that the chicken was undercooked. The service is a 2 star, because despite the fact that we felt like we were spoken down to by the manager, the waiter we had was awesome, he was very friendly, and upbeat. He was attentive and made sure after the situation we were comfortable. The atmosphere here is awesome, one of the best decorated Nandos I have been to, beautiful art there and more spacious than other branches. I did inform our waiter that he was amazing and none of what happened was his fault , but to just let the manager know that he should not speak down to customers like that in the future. I hope the manager knows that it's not an attack, but a precaution if customers send back undercooked chicken. All in all, it's an overall 2 stars and not a 1 or zero stars, since I will take past experiences into account. I hope that this situation was a one time thing, and my friend and I was just very unlucky.

The service was very bad. We waited 20 mins for a 10 min meal. We had to go ask for our meal. Recieved no cutlery. When asked it was brought to us on a serviette. They had no side plates. We didn't receive sauces and spices. The burger bun was the sizes if a kids burger. The wings were so tiny. Never again Mall of africa Nandos.

Portia's service is wonderful. Even in the evening she's full of energy and smile. Very accommodating to us as she manage to make an excellent service and served us very well.

Was very disappointed on my visit to mall of Africa yesterday. Met some friends for dinner and ordered a few things. We received plates and cutlery 15 minutes after receiving our meals, which then ended cold, and was microwaved and given back to us. We ordered kids meals and did not receive the juices with it. We ordered those 1 litter drinks, and they were brought in 2 different size bottles and we were told it's the same size. The waiter took away our slip, and thereafter asked for it to verify our order. It was not just disappointing, it was embarrassing.

The food came very fast after ordering on my phone. Ntombi made sure I had all the help and understanding I needed. I was comfortable and enjoyed my solo date. I will definitely be coming back with loved ones next time.

The lady at the till Named Nothando is extremely rude she can’t speak to customers at all. Their service is extremely bad think twice before going there!!!! I’m highly disappointed.

The price of nandos isn't cheap anymore and sadly the quality was horrible, firstly they forgot my full portion livers yet I paid for it. The pull apart bread was burnt on the bottom and had a terrible raw dough taste inside. The fiesta fries was extremely small in portion size... Quality of the mall of Africa is pathetic

The food was amazing, the service we received was great. Trevor really went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable, always checked on us if we needed anything and really served us well. Will definitely be back.

This goes out to the Nando’s social media team who (tsek, the chips are on the table, etc.) who is running out of sassy pre-written responses to respond to all those one star reviews 😅😅😅. Maybe ask marketing to write a few more? If they need inspiration just come by the Mall of Africa branch (but bring 90mins of time, and some snacks in case you get hungry)

Highly disappointed, ordered a lemon&herb full chicken. What i got was a mild and it was badly burned.
