I sent a parcel using the postnet to postnet service to Radiokop. On the waybill I detailed the recipients name, surname and cell phone number. The parcel arrived at Postnet Radiokop on Thursday 12/11. It was then given to the wrong person, who happened to have the same first name as my recipient. They did not ask for the tracking number nor the ID when they gave it to the incorrect person. It is now 14/11 and they keep promising that they are trying to get the parcel back, but they do not keep their promises in calling us back. At this stage we have no indication whether they are going to able to retrieve the parcel and if our recipient will ever get the parcel sent to them. I am incredibly dissapointed in the service from Postnet Radiokop.

Not happy with the service, i always post from postnet in benmore and delivery occurs within 2 days. Its been 3 days and no one from this store can tell me where my parcel is except for them telling me the driver has been delayed. This is really unacceptable and i outlined the urgency of this but 3 days later i am still being taken from pillar to post.

Not happy with service.....oh.... sorry,......no service!!!! This is now the 3rd time i have to phone and follow up why i was not contacted when my parcel has arrive at Postnet Radiokop. The shop phone just rings..... no answer!!!!!!!

Very poor service and the staff lacks common human etiquette.

I’ll certainly not use this branch again. Staff have trouble finding a parcel, lose delivered parcels and no sense of urgency

Excellent service, Great staff. Taffy assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful, she even wrote out the waybills for me. Definitely recommend this branch.

Got overcharged for a 8kg parcel R399 to postnet, where any other postnet charges R199.

Poor service. We are waiting in the queue for so long and we are the second customers. We are the only people at the queue but no one is explaining why we are waiting for so long. 2 consultants are assisting the first client.
