We've been visiting Spur Woodlands regularly for the past two years. I have to give our compliments to the manager and staff at Woodlands especially to Danny, our regular waiter. Danny knows exactly what we want and how we like our food to be prepared. They are very accommodating with the menu, and customisation of our orders, always professional and courteous. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Thank you for the excellent service!

The service and atmosphere = good Kids pizza (chicken+bacon+cheese)= The best. Ribs and buffalo wings combo= NOT good. Ribs were too hard, and wings were too crispy. I didn't enjoy my meal honestly.

Service was very slow, serving staff never checked on us, we had to continually get hold of the nearest one to attend to us. Did not get our coffee order right, nor the food order. Asked for 2 cappuccinos with cream, got 1 with and 1 without. Meal one was supposed to come with chips but came with baked potato. Due to the long wait on each occasions we did not send it back as could only imagine how long we would have to wait again. Won't see us again at this branch. Only 1 finger bowl for 2 people eating ribs. Burger patty slightly overcooked.

Quite disappointed with the size of the cappuccino. It was barely a sip of coffee in that cup. It took me 3minutes to drink and by the last sip it was cold. For the price of it, it was definitely not worth it. Ordered an Americano after that and same story. Did enjoy the waffle though, that's the only reason I rated it 2 stars.

Absolutely the BEST SPUR we have been to. Huge seating area, fantastic friendly service and an unbelievable 20 minutes wait for our delicious food in a packed restaurant. The cleaning of tables after people left was immaculate - not just clearing and cleaning tables but also the seats and floor under the tables. So impressive that I had to compliment the staff and manager. We will be back for second time while we wait for afternoon visiting hours at the local hospital.

We really enjoyed this Spur. It is spacious, clean and the staff is friendly. You can also sit right next to the play area with an unobstructed view of your child(ren). An overall good experience!

This Spur was not on Par with the other Spurs we regularly visit. I won't visit here again easily when doing shopping here. We always visit Spur because they have child minders which gives us some freedom to eat and dine. Usually they tag and name tag the child. This did not happen here. They play with and care for our toddlers. This did not happen here. The food we got for the kids was cold, I don't mind this as the kids can eat it immediately. However our food was also on the cold side. The Spur wasn't packed/extremely busy during our last visit. Service generally was friendly, but a bit slow and we had to ask for menus. Do yourself a favour and visit Grove Mall Spur...
