On 01 Feb 2025 we ordered food via Uber eats we were given in one pack less than of chips on the other pack just above. This is not the first time we have ordered be given chips like this and I paid full prices not a quarter or half price. This is UNACCEPTABLE . I called at the restaurant last night and I was I I would be called back until now. NANDOS should remember we spend money when making purchases and not getting anything for FREE but you have the nerve to serve any how without thinking of the customer who PAID for the food. I m sick of this

Placed uber eats order with Nandos for collection, after 20 mins checked at reception and order wasn’t even started yet, asked for order to be cancelled which they said they will cancel, then checked with Uber who said they cant refund the order and said they called and Nandos says the order is ready for collection, oddly an hour later the order still wasn’t ready - waited and waited and waited and finally got our order.

Have bought a few times from there. Always get home with something not there. Ordered and payed for extra feta. No feta was added in my chicken strips and rice. Very unhappy. Can not drive back every time.

Pathetic store, you order food, when you get there they havent even started with it. No one looks like they want to work. Really big disapointment. Would recomend anyone to go here.

I had the worst food poisoning ever from a vegetarian bowl. The service was horrendous, they got the orders wrong twice and overcharged us, which turned into a huge debate before we were finally refunded. The staff is also very rude and disrespectful.

The food from the Nandos was good, but the waiting time was a bit long. Would recommend them for their food quality. Regards,

We used to live next door in Woodlands and would visit this Nando’s every week. This shop had a very nice reno since the last time I was there and is looking great. They added a bunch of extra seating and seems to have loads of delivery bikes. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic! Will make sure to stop there again when I am close.

I enjoyed my meal so so much.. Credit card is accepted.. It is situated in a very safe area, there is large space of parking.. Provisions are made for wheelchair users, the view is beautiful.. There is an outdoor sitting.. Pricing is fair enough.. Customer service is perfect.. There isnt much wait.. They allow reservations as well...
