Mugg & Bean needs to train their new waiters to be helpful and efficient. For the first time ever we were served by 3 different waiters because of this new waitress. She just gave us our menus and forgot about us despite me waving to her that we ready to order, all she did was look at me and ignore. I've been going to this restaurant for 6 years and never recieved such appalling service. I am very disappointed to say the least. Mrs Singh

Woodlands Mug and Bean::: Had the amazing eggs Benedict and the most amazing chicken strips, with our awesome waiter Florence who service was outstanding, she is so kind and always attentive by our table and made us feel so welcome , thank you Florence!

Menu has changed a lot since the last time being here, such as no more cheese sauce and Nacho's. Still a great stop to go for a slice of cake. The service overall isn't as good as it used to be.

Me and my friends were at the Woodlands Boulevard Mugg & Bean in the evening to go out before school begins again, and to say it was not disappointing was an understatement. I know they had moved the Mugg & Bean and it was beautiful. I was first a bit sceptical about having half of the restaurant in the middle where people normally walked but it just worked! Me and my friends were helped by Refilwe and she was not only friendly but she also did an awesome job even though me and my friends abused the bottomless drinks, she brought us new ones quickly. She also clearly knows what to do and was quick to answer any question we had!

Visited Mugg and Bean Woodlands on Saturday morning for a brunch. Really enjoyed the interesting and wide variety of options to choose from. Service was great and ambiance is lovely, especially considering it is literally in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the mall. One of my favourite features was the cutest African shaped cookie with my Café Mocha. Only slight criticism is that the coffee could have been hotter, especially on a Winter's day but overall a lovely experience.

Visited M&B for breakfast while waiting for my car to be serviced. Ordered the Classic breakfast and an Americano. Unfortunately, my experience was not as I'd usually expect from M&B. My toast was cold and I told the waitress and she brought it back after it had been microwaved, meaning it was all soggy...! Eggs also under-cooked and slimey. I tried to catch someone's attention but I think I wore my invisibility cloak that day. Probably a one-off experience as all other M&B shops I'd been to have always been great.

Buffalo chicken and blue cheese egg benedict was amazing really to die for just outstanding, highly recommended. There always busy but service is still phenomenal. The bottomless cold drink was amazing worth the price. Would definitely visit again
