Very disappointed the sheets were not clean bathroom have mold. Walls had old gum on it. The reception person was great but room not up to stand.

This place is not easly to get cz its has lots of trees bt the service was perfect...the room they gave us was not that beautiful vz bathroom has inserts bt we dd enjoy our stay...hope the cut those trees n put a huge sign at the gate

The room and kitchen was not clean at all. The sheet on the bed was not washed and there were stains on that looked like blood. microwave was not cleaned and the basin was full of dirty dishes. I asked for a refund to go to another guesthouse but owner refused and screamed over the phone and called me a racist which I am not. Very very disappointing. Will never ever recommend somebody to stay there. There is one young lady that must try to keep the place in order but I dont think she can handle the place on her own

False advertising. The rooms do not look as advertised - dirty, paint peeling and chipping off the walls, mini fridge was wobbly and placed ontop of a polystyrene board. Lights weren’t working in the bathroom. I’d even go so far as to say this is a scam as it seems no one in the reviews is getting a refund.

1/2 star would work. Very disipointed with this guesthouse. Definately NOT bed and Breakfast, as they do not serve breakfast. Room was comfortable, aircon and TV fine. Bathroom ceiling moldy and trellidor was wonky and difficult to open.

Please spare your self, this is not a good place to stay. The room that we slept in is in the back of the study, the room next door were so noisy. The TV only have you tube. The room self was nice clean and good bathroom. The first thing they tell you no refunds and we book thru booking. Com

The place is shocking. Firstly there is a sign about noise that they can evict anyone immediately but last night I was awake with people shouting and singing until 1 this morning. I stayed there for 2 nights. The bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper. The shower dams up. The curtains don't close properly. The television advertises DSTV but I only had the black channels. I am not racist but I am not of colour and had nothing to watch except you tube. They say some rooms are air-conditioned but they are all the same rate. I was informed 2 nights ago to turn my TV down, it was not even loud but they can party the night through outside my bedroom window thats ok. I parked in the only open parking bay last night and then get told I must move it. You allocated me a spot to park when I arrived last night someone else was parked there. I yesterday morning to extend my stay with another night. I asked if I pay them cash or directly is there a better rate. She said yes. Then she took the same amount again. If that was the case I would have gone somewhere on booking.com . I don't know how they can have 4 stars from the tourism board
