I
do
not
recommend
the
clinic
at
all.
My
subjective
feeling
and
experience
with
the
dermapoint
clinic
are
as
follows.
Upon
arrival,
the
staff
was
only
the
receptionist,
who
I
had
the
feeling
that
I
was
annoying
by
coming
very
nice.
Dr.
Sirá
was
very
nice,
as
was
her
assistant.
Well,
that's
probably
all
from
a
positive
point
of
view.
On
July
13,
I
had
Botox
applied
in
3
Zones,
the
area
above
the
eyebrows
and
around
the
nose
did
not
respond
to
Botox
at
all,
so
an
injection
was
needed.
The
doctor
drew
my
attention
to
the
area
above
the
eyebrows,
according
to
her,
she
prefers
to
inject
less
so
that
the
shape
of
the
eyebrows
does
not
change.
Unfortunately,
it
was
not
enough
in
the
area
of
the
nose,
and
apparently
also
in
general,
since
the
whole
result,
even
with
the
injection,
lasted
7
weeks.
Currently
13.9.
no
botox
is
visible
anymore.
Since
this
is
not
my
first
Botox,
and
it
always
lasted
4
months
at
Mrs.
Rozborilová's
clinic,
I
contacted
Dermapoint
why
the
bar
had
worn
off
so
quickly.
After
the
unpleasant
arguments
of
the
lady
on
the
phone
that
my
metabolism
had
changed
or
I
was
in
the
sun
too
much
-
(I
spent
the
summer
in
the
office
and
because
of
a
knee
injury
I
wasn't
even
on
vacation
and
didn't
do
sports)
-
we
finally
got
to
a
solution
to
the
problem,
where
the
lady
suggested
an
inspection
on
14.9.
So
I
asked
her
to
check
with
the
doctor
how
this
inspection
will
take
place,
because
obviously
I
need
to
inject
all
the
zones
again,
will
it
be
part
of
the
claim,
or
will
I
pay
the
full
price,
because
I
am
not
willing
to
travel
320
km
from
Vienna
without
it,
for
someone
to
tell
me
how
the
inspection
will
proceed,
and
I
would
like
to
decide
for
myself
whether
I
want
to
pay
for
the
entire
treatment
again
or
rather
use
the
services
of
another
clinic.
No
one
called
me
until
today
when
the
receptionist
called
me
asking
why
I
want
to
cancel
tomorrow's
appointment
with
them.
I
was
quite
disappointed
by
this
approach,
because
I
am
a
person
who
understands
if
a
mistake
happens,
if
a
small
amount
of
material
was
chosen,
or
a
bad
injection
technique,
I
was
there
for
the
first
time
and
everything
can
be
corrected,
you
just
need
to
communicate.
Unfortunately,
this
kind
of
ignoring
and
the
subsequent
phone
call
asking
why
I
won't
come
for
the
check-up
tomorrow
didn't
feel
right
at
all.
If
I
were
to
sum
it
up,
paying
200e
for
botox
that
lasts
7
weeks
is
not
a
good
ratio
of
quality
and
price.
