We
stayed
at
the
beginning
of
August.
After
about
two
weeks,
I
found
out
that
I
forgot
my
tennis
shoes
at
the
boarding
house,
so
I
contacted
them.
First,
the
lady
told
me
that
they
throw
away
forgotten
things
after
10
days,
which
I
thought
was
quite
strange,
but
that
she
would
ask
again.
So
during
the
next
phone
call,
she
confirmed
that
she
had
found
them
and
that
she
would
send
them
to
me,
that
was
on
August
21.
I
was
quite
pleased
that
they
were
so
willing.
On
September
3rd,
I
contacted
them
again,
when
nothing
came,
they
replied
again
that
they
would
send
it
next
week.
16.9.
I
again
called
the
boarding
house,
where
the
owner
picked
me
up.
Apparently,
he
did
not
know
about
the
given
situation,
that
it
was
handled
by
their
employee,
who
no
longer
works
for
them,
just
let
me
write
him
an
email
and
he
will
take
care
of
it.
Today
28.9.
I
called
the
owner
there,
the
owner
suddenly
claimed
that
they
don't
have
the
capacity
to
send
it
by
post
and
he
allegedly
informed
all
the
customers
who
forgot
something
there
that
they
should
send
a
courier
to
pick
up
the
forgotten
items.
Not
all
of
them,
because
he
didn't
respond
to
my
email
at
all.
Today
I
definitely
lost
faith
that
I
will
ever
get
to
wear
sneakers.
I
wish
the
owner
much
success
in
his
"business",
but
he
won't
get
far
with
this
approach.
Otherwise,
regarding
accommodation
and
food,
I
completely
agree
with
the
negative
reactions,
especially
the
bed
linen
and
towels
were
like
from
a
pioneer
camp
in
1989.
