Absolutely frivolous dealings - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We stayed at the beginning of August. After about two weeks, I found out that I forgot my tennis shoes at the boarding house, so I contacted them. First, the lady told me that they throw away forgotten things after 10 days, which I thought was quite strange, but that she would ask again. So during the next phone call, she confirmed that she had found them and that she would send them to me, that was on August 21. I was quite pleased that they were so willing. On September 3rd, I contacted them again, when nothing came, they replied again that they would send it next week. 16.9. I again called the boarding house, where the owner picked me up. Apparently, he did not know about the given situation, that it was handled by their employee, who no longer works for them, just let me write him an email and he will take care of it. Today 28.9. I called the owner there, the owner suddenly claimed that they don't have the capacity to send it by post and he allegedly informed all the customers who forgot something there that they should send a courier to pick up the forgotten items. Not all of them, because he didn't respond to my email at all. Today I definitely lost faith that I will ever get to wear sneakers. I wish the owner much success in his "business", but he won't get far with this approach. Otherwise, regarding accommodation and food, I completely agree with the negative reactions, especially the bed linen and towels were like from a pioneer camp in 1989.

Accommodation in the boarding house can also be reliably ordered via email. They were very willing to accommodate even earlier than stated. You can also pay by card. And now to the device itself. The rooms are furnished with new furniture, clean. There is also a towel and a soap dispenser in the bathroom. The bar and dining room are also modernly furnished. In addition, you can sit outside at the bar and in the company. room with sofas. For breakfast, since I was the only one in the establishment, I did not expect buffet tables, but I was given a choice. It was prepared quickly, even with garnishes and a selection of pastries and bread. Of course, coffee (optional). The facility also prepares pizza (also with delivery from around Bojnice), selection as in the attached photo. The facility is in a quiet area, not far from the center. According to the owner's statement, wellness will also be prepared for the season. I highly recommend it because Bojnice is alive especially in the summer

Terror. Dirty room, moldy shower. You will only see the staff at breakfast (it was quite possible, but you have to go immediately at 8.) The only positive is the location of the guesthouse, from which you can easily walk to the square where there is a castle, a zoo and plenty of places to eat, have refreshments and buy souvenirs.

The rooms are equipped according to the standards and categorization of pensions of the given type. Relatively rich breakfast with pleasant service. A few minutes' walk from the center, I rate it as a very convenient location for the given price of accommodation. I recommend it for medium and less demanding guests.

We had booked a stay for 2 days from 25.7 to 27.7. We arrived at the accommodation and learned that the guesthouse is closed. All wrong....

I can't say anything bad about this guesthouse. Our room was clean, the wellness area was great. The owner was very helpful, kind and in a good mood. We will definitely be back. Rest as it should be 🙂

After reading the negative reviews, we considered staying at this guesthouse. But in the end we decided to risk it. We were accommodated for 4 nights and during the entire stay we were extremely satisfied. Rooms clean, breakfast sufficient, staff very accommodating. During our stay, we had a problem with the toilet, the owner responded immediately and removed the problem. We could turn to him for anything. Very pleasant and quiet environment. I absolutely do not understand the previous negative reviews. We certainly did not stay here last time

This guesthouse is one big tragedy. We came here based on good reviews, but they probably write themselves. The cleanliness of the room is terrible, hairs, cobwebs everywhere, broken light, dirty bed linen... Breakfast is replenished only once at eight so when you arrive at 8:20 you have nothing to eat. The fact that they wanted to move us without our knowledge was just icing on the cake. Better to throw €160 out of the window and stay at home.

We reserved the room, when we got to the guesthouse, they didn't know about us at all. We waited an hour before they got us a room. On the website, they state that they have a restaurant and a bar, but this is not true at all. Moldy shower with cold water.

4* from where?? This guesthouse does not deserve even 1*, although in my opinion it does not have one, since there are 4 on the Internet and not one at the guesthouse. And we continue, accommodation zero points when you are there for a week like me and my family, the rooms are not cleaned until after you leave, so you sleep in the same room, if you don't ask to change the towel, refill the soap, you wash yourself in smelly towels. No privacy as you all share a bathroom in one room. Furthermore, the food for the first two days was okay, after that, if it is not eaten, it is put aside for the next day and it is only reheated, so when you are there for a week, you eat the same thing for the whole week. The same breakfast for 30 accommodated people will only give you 20 blankets of SALUMAS FROM 10 pieces of FRIED EGGS and I won't even go on. The dinners are still cold because the food is not covered, because the food is still just heating up, so it does not have the right temperature, so if hygiene comes, the boarding house can be closed. So wasted money for me and this guesthouse NEVER AGAIN!!
