While the rooms weren't ready when we arrived, the overall experience was great. The spa has most things you would expect, including a terrace for sun bathing. The jacuzzi costs extra.

I'm staying in room 407 for several days. The hotel is beautiful. The only problem, and it's a big one for those traveling in business, or simply trying to live life day to day, today, and use the internet; your internet is the absolute worst!!! The worst I've used in YEARS of traveling all over asia and many parts of the world. Why do you make it so difficult to access?! I'm using a standard WINDOWS computer and it won't find the login route. It is so ridiculous and frustrating. You should really find another solution. I don't even understand why. You make it free, anyways! Just open it and make it have no problems. I haven't even been able to use it still after staff have given me a very interseting looking, yet seemingly useless AP. It still won't connect. So disapointing. This is something so simple to do, now days. Finally, it works now, but your website doesn't load properly. At least there is consistancy in the fact that your people don't know how to use technology at all. I'm amazed. Please fix these things. For your own sake. For the record, the sauna is great, the food menu is great, the breakfast selection is so-so, though I cannot complain about the quality of coffee the robot makes. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, with a very nice Sauna.

I lucked into this hotel and location by not reading that this hotel was not in the city (Trencin) I was visiting. (20 mins down the road) However, Trencianske Teplice was a beautiful location, and seemed to be a tourist destination for Slovakians. It had a real chill, and holiday feel to it without feeling touristy, and charging tourist prices. The hotel receptionists were lovely and helped me navigate some of the quirks of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitley recommend. (Slovakian hotels love to push 2 single beds together, made as singles, and call it a king or double. It is such a nuisance, so although it may say King bed in the ad, it isnt really)

We spent there only 2 nights, however it was a very relaxing experience. The Wellness offering is really nice as well.

A nice hotel. Very helpful staff. The hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food is presented with care and quality. The location is useful for access to main roads and motorways.

I stay here almost monthly for business. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept.very clean with daily maid service. Breakfast is great with a good selection of hot and cold food available.

Nice place to stay. Better in summer season. Restaurant serves nice & fine food at reasonable price. Hope swimming pool and gym open earlier in the morning...

Nice, quiet rooms and fine bed. Generally speaking the hotel seems to be new and following all expectations.... except services. Hotel restaurant offering very limited choices (really better is to go for dinner somewhere else) and so. You have hotel parking; however, you need to leave it already before check-out.

Great hotel. Room is clean, with modern furniture. There is AC, safe, mini bar, TV, phone and balcony. Parking lot at the hotel. Nice wellness. Good breakfast. Havent been in the restaurant though.

There is no panorama and just like the name makes false promises, the stars attached to it are false as well. The buffet food is average and there's no actual restaurant. Our room was clean on the day we arrived, but they didn't clean afterwards apart from making the bed. The minibar was empty for some reason. We had private jacuzzi time as part of the package and the jacuzzi smelled strongly of mold. They didn't offer any refreshments during that time or by the pool, really missing out on the personal touches. Overall, I'd say that if you're expecting a proper 4 star hotel, you'll be disappointed, but if you booked your stay through a discount page, you'll get your money's worth.

Nice location, an easy walk from the town center. Clean modern good sized rooms. Great value and a very good resteraunt and chef. Highly recommended.
