In
all
my
life,
regardless
of
the
type
of
business
I
went
to,
I've
never
received
such
an
incompetent,
disrespectful,
and
unprofessional
service,
let
alone
from
a
doctor.
I
waited
for
about
2
months
for
my
appointment.
When
my
appointment
time
came,
I
went
to
the
doctor,
and
as
the
receptionist
took
my
ID
and
my
insurance
card,
she
told
me
the
doctor
doesn't
accept
my
type
of
insurance.
In
all
my
previous
visits
to
other
health
professionals,
I've
been
asked
to
upload
my
insurance
information
to
a
client
portal,
or
they
took
the
information
some
other
way,
but
they
did
it
within
the
day
that
I
set
up
the
appointment.
This
doctor's
office
didn't
ask
me
for
my
insurance
until
I
arrived
for
my
appointment,
only
to
tell
me
that
they
don't
accept
it.
2
months
wasted.
I
have
a
laser
hair
removal
appointment
tomorrow
which
I
wanted
to
ask
her
questions
about,
but
now
I
can't
and
I
don't
know
if
I
should
cancel
my
appointment
or
not.
I
was
told
how
much
the
appointment
could
potentially
cost
out
of
pocket
and
the
receptionist
told
me
she
doesn't
have
a
clear
maximum
cost
since
she
doesn't
know
what
me
and
the
doctor
would
be
talking
about,
but
she
said
that
the
visit
alone
would
cost
over
100
dollars.
That
means
the
out
of
pocket
cost
could've
been
huge.
Now
I
have
to
wait
2
more
months
(if
I'm
lucky)
for
another
doctor.
I
would
give
a
0
star
rating
if
it
were
possible
but
sadly,
it's
not.
I
highly
advise
you
to
choose
another
doctor
regardless
of
the
wait
time.
