    Place is horrible. After loosing my air filter screw, not one of the 3 people under the hood said anything to me.I watched the upper bay technician use a cordless screw gun to tighten but never heard the drill indicated it was tight.Oil coated underneath the vehicle and in the drive way! Took the vehicle to the location and showed the manager on duty.Pictures were taken less than an hour after service. This is negligent all the way, vandalism isn't important to the DM but wants to argue about 40 seconds was spent by the upperbay technician filling washer fluid. So when it bubbles up and no one goes back to top it off, than I'm a liar for pointing it out. Didn't use the washer fluid, cause I need a new wiper and Valvoline didn't even check them even though I paid for that service package. Store manager did the lower bay and you see how little respect for people's vehicle. $75.00 spent and the pictures show the aftermath and training that is put into their staff. Bringing the vehicle back to have it looked at by somebody who is not ASE certified that can assure that there's no damage that was done, yeah that's not going to happen we'll let the courts figure it out. #boycottValvoline. You don't need an attorney for small claims court stupid.

    Charged me $50.00 for air filter but never installed it, The manager said he would refund me but haven't got anything after 3 months. This place used to be my 1st go-to option, so I guess the management has been changed. Never go there again.

    Avoid this place! Took my truck early this year for oil change and service was great and they even helped me with a coupon. Came in 2 days ago, no other customers there, and they asked if my truck had a plastic oil drain plug. I wasn't sure so I pulled into the bay and their tech verified that my vehicle has a plastic plug and they wouldn't be able to change my oil. I reminded them that they had changed the oil previously and they said they didn't have the correct tool to remove it but suggested that I go to the Ford dealership to purchase the correct tool. Instead I went to a different shop where they not only changed my oil but also informed me that my vehicle has a metal plug not plastic. I guess the techs there weren't in the mood to work that day and not sure what kind of scam they were trying to pull. Oh and I did some research on the plastic plugs and they can be loosened by hand with a little bit of effort. Great job on losing another customer!

    Hands down have my business. Hard working team, quick with all that they do from radiator flushes and oil changes. Also they go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is cared for!

    Amilcar and his crew pleasantly surprised me with fast, and low pressure service. Got an inspection and oil changes in a very quick manner without the normal pressure to buy a new air filter. They showed me the filter, showed me my oil level on the stick and overall made this an experience that I wont mind returning for the next time my oil change is due. 5 stars!

    Bad employees at beach location . Went to get a oil change was told they didn’t have filter by employee asked him if he can call another location for me to verify if they have the filter claimed he called came back in 10 seconds and said they did . Drive 20 minutes to another location and they don’t have the filter. They told me no one called from the haltom city location. Wasted my time driving to a different location because of ignorant employees .

    I went to this place for a full synthetic oil changed and not only did I receive my oil change but I received some of the best customer service ever from the assistant manager Noah. I definitely recommend coming here for oil changes. They don’t fool around, they handle their business for sure!

    I should have read the reviews first then I would have known Valvoline has lowered its standards. For many years, I usually got my state inspections and oil change done at the Valvoline location in Keller, Texas. I get several different vehicles done here throughout the year. I receive coupons which helps so I made plans to go there passing several similar businesses on the way. I got to Keller and they were not busy so I was thinking cool it won't take that long. The employee comes out and tells me the person that does the inspection isn't there. I'm thinking you basically do two things which is inspection and oil changes so you can only do oil changes and I just wasted my time. He tells me I might be able to get an inspection at 3 other Valvoline locations, but don't go to a 4th location because their inspection machine was broke. So I drive to the next Valvoline driving back the way I came, passing my house and driving the opposite direction to go to this location on North Beach. I get there and they are not busy either, but I have past this location many times and I've never seen them that busy. I have never been to this location so it's possible the North Beach Street can earn my business from now on. So the employee comes out and when I tell him I need an inspection and oil change, he tells me his inspection machine is broke. OMG! I wasted my time and gas and still don't have the inspection I needed. That's 3 locations down and I wasn't going to another Valvoline. I'm done! The coupon is worthless if I can't use it. Valvoline is useless if I can't get services there. Obviously, there is an underlying company issue with maintenance and scheduling. Now I see Valvoline as unreliable so there is not any reason to continue to give them my business. I drove down the road and stopped at the first inspection place I ran across which was Take 5. They had an employee to do an inspection and they had a working inspection machine. What a great concept! I only got the inspection done because I ran out of time with all the wasted trips to Valvoline and that was my main objective. I'll get my oil change later. It was not really due for it but I thought I would just get them done at the same time. One thing I do know is that I won't be getting it done at Valvoline!

    The guys over at Valvoline on N. BEACH and 820, Cedric, Bobby and Bill, did a exceptional job changing my oil. Even when you bring your own oil and filter they will still do the work. The price was affordable and service was quick.

    First of all I want to say that I have brought my wife's car here twice for both oil changes because on one occasion after buying it we noticed air pressure was low in a tire (slow leak from nail) and QT air compressor was not working. I pulled into this business and a nice young man came out and immediately filled all the tires to proper pressure. I asked how much I owed and he said it was a "service" they performed. That kind of service is what brings people in to solicit your business in the future. My first oil change experience was very good and now we fast forward to today being the second and last. My wait was not long and matched up to what Jason (young man now identified as the manager after my need to return) said it would be. He was training a young man which is awesome as that is necessary. It took a few minutes longer because of pauses for correction which I completely understand. I asked that they fill the tires to the correct pressure as my TPMS light was on. I mentioned that I had a nail in the tire and it needed a few pounds once a week and there was no need to rotate as I would soon replace at least two. I noticed the young trainee and Jason the manager were having trouble putting air in the front left tire and it sounded like it was releasing air. I knew they must of figured out the issue and they finished the expensive oil change. After leaving I kept waiting for the tire monitor light to reset and it never did. I stopped the car and saw that the tire was dangerously low on the verge of being flat. I returned to the Valvoline quick change on Beach and complained to Jason the manager who basically lied and said he had told me that they let air out instead of filling the tire. They said there is a problem with the valve stem and regardless to let a customer drive out on less than 20 lbs of pressure in the tire is negligent and entirely irresponsible. They all sat their laughing and watching as I pulled my 12 volt air pressure tool from the trunk and subsequently filled it to 35 lbs. No problem whatsoever. I shouldn't have had to though and the non-caring attitude with snide remarks by Jason the manager and all the employees standing around is an embarrassment to this corporation. I wanted to mention that I am a sales manager at a dealership. We pride ourselves in a "customer experience" that is second to none and to see this kind of uncaring attitude is sad to see. Will never go back there and encourage others not to as well. I will use our service department even for this car as it is less expensive and head and shoulders above in customer care and service.

    I called ahead to make sure they had the oil I needed. I was routed to a call center representative who said she would call the store and make sure. She said they had the oil in stock. I went to this location and I waited for an hour. I asked one of the guys working there while waiting to make sure they had the oil. They said that they did, so I waited. When I pulled up to the bay, they said they didn't have the oil. This was a waste of my time. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and I won't be returning.

    They checked my air filter but did not screw it back together. I am glad that I was paying attention. If I would have simply trusted them and not checked that would have been bad news.

    The tech forgot to put my fluids in, he only remembered because I told him my lights were still on. Then he completed the inspection. It would've been nice if he informed me about the $5 off as well luckily I checked the website and saw it for myself. And their printer machine wasn't working so he asked me to remember when to come back for an oil change, because they couldnt provide me with a label smh. Time to find a different oil changer supplier.

    I've been going to this location since it opened. I worked near there and I could get in and out during my lunch hour. Always had great service, discounts, and never pressured me with upsales. Will always drive over there for all my vehicles!

    I've been here 4 times now trying to get my state inspection done, but every time I try their inspector is always gone. I keep getting told that they will be back the following business day but when I show up it's the same story. Disappointing.

    The service here is amazing, their technicians work hard and do their job well. The prices, however, are really high if you don't have a coupon or groupon with you when you arrive. As well as this, Valvoline does match coupons from competitors. Overall, the price caused my rating to lower by by three stars, but the customer service is outstanding, thus the 2 stars
