This is a nice hotel, and the location is great, but for $472 after tax (and apparently I should be looking out for an extra $25 charge for parking after our one night there), I expect a bathroom door that actually closes. Reading other reviews, this barn door gap is an issue in every room, so we didn't ask to switch rooms. The shallow fridge (not large enough to store a bottle of wine) was also an issue. UPDATE: Yep, there was a $24 parking charge (for 1 night) that was never mentioned. Come on, y'all.

I haven’t experienced the hotel yet, but I really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experience! We came for a girl's night and chose the three-course meal and bubbles which was perfect! The service was exceptional; the igloos are so cute and decorated nicely. The food was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Lemon Tart. They easily made some substitutions for my friends with no problem. Afterward, we went to the Harvest Hall, and there was live music, and I was told the cocktails were pretty good too. They also had a speakeasy as well, and paring is extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with how well-kept the hotel was and the many amenities they offered. Looking forward to staying for my next staycation! 😆

Came here for work but they won me over. Looking forward to coming here with my family because there’s so much to see! The lobby restaurant is a tad overpriced in my opinion, but I can’t deny the quality of the food they serve is evident and the service is good. Just not much choice on the menu.

What a great hotel, service was attentive and friendly, right on Grapevines Main Street so you could walk everywhere. Room was clean, comfortable and I wanted the robes, so nice. The bathroom was very cool, loved the lighting and the shower. Plenty of places to eat, live bands and Djs. Wish all hotels were this good.

Wonderful place to stay! Liz in events is amazing and would definitely recommend requesting her to service any event you have. Natalie also assisted and was fabulous!

Spent 3 days here for my wedding and was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Our executive suite was incredibly nice and the whole staff was amazing and provided amazing service all around. We will be staying here every year on our anniversary!

If there were more than 5 stars available, we would give them to Hotel Vin. We hosted our daughter's wedding here on Nov. 11th, 2023 and EVERYTHING far exceeded our expectations. We wanted this event to be very special, not only for our daughter and her husband, but for our guests who came from all over the US to celebrate this special occasion. The hotel's proximity to DFW and historic downtown Grapevine was perfect. In addition to the delicious food at Bacchus Kitchen + Bar located in the hotel lobby, Harvest Food Hall, attached to the hotel, offered plenty of additional food options for many of our weary travelers on a rainy night. The wedding itself was a dream event thanks in large part to the team of professionals at Hotel Vin. So many, many people came together almost a year ago to help us plan this wedding which would not have been possible without them. The hospitality was beyond compare, the guest rooms were beautiful, the food at the reception was fine dining at its best, the ballrooms were spectacular, and the rooftop bar was the perfect escape for our guests who didn't want to shout over the band but wanted to remain part of the celebration. There was a space for everyone which was very important to us. We would like to thank so many people but especially the following: Crystal Langley, Catering Sales Manager Eddie Rivera, Banquet Manager Roy Ortega, Assistant Banquet Manager Chef Juan Pablo Silva Purida Varbel, Housekeeping Tea Nickelberry, Front Desk Anthony Aidif, Front Desk We know there are some we have overlooked and I apologize as there were so many that worked together to make our weekend perfect. As I learn more names, I will add them here as they each deserve recognition. If you are considering hosting a special event in Grapevine, just go here, you won't regret it.

The level of service that I received at Hotel Vin was beyond extraordinary as the leadership team and staff working during my stay were absolutely incredible and a true testament to Southern hospitality. Every space in the hotel screamed luxury and an extremely intimate atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate and very enjoyable. I can not wait to return. I especially would like to thank Jake, Megan and Trey for making my stay a memorable one!

I just stayed at The Vin for the first time this past week. I had a great stay and my dinner from Bacchus was great. Everyone was super friendly from the bartenders to the valet. The valet gentleman (I forgot his name, but was working the afternoon of November 5) was great because he had my car waiting for me in the morning as I had to leave very early which was so helpful! Tea at the front desk was also especially kind and very welcoming. I was very impressed by Noah the loyalty ambassador who brought me delicious chocolates and a handwritten card for being a Marriott Ambassador Elite member. Overall, a very classy establishment. I am looking forward to my next stay!

We had an incredible experience at Hotel Vin - definitely one of my favorite Marriott hotels. The experience was comparable to what I’ve experienced at 5-star hotel brands like the Ritz or Four Seasons. The staff is incredibly attentive to your every need, the food is fantastic, and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect. This is right along the Main Street known as the Christmas Capital of Texas. I would recommend this hotel for couples, friends, and families with kids - they can accommodate it all! Can’t wait to find another opportunity to come stay at this hotel. Well done, Hotel Vin!

My wife and I were fortunate to celebrate our 6th Wedding Anniversary at this exquisite hotel, an experience we found truly unforgettable. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional, making us feel deeply cherished. From the diligent valet Josh, to the friendly receptionist Cody, and even the warm-hearted bar staff, this hotel was the PERFECT place to stay. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed here in April. Lovely hotel, beautiful structure, "old world" feel, warm staff, nice restaurant and bar. There's also a food court in case you don't want to eat in the restaurant. Room is modern with USB charging on both bedside tables and at desk. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Great stay at the hotel Vin this week. Megan was extremely helpful in getting me a reservation at a heavily booked time. Upon arrival I was greeted and thanked for my status. I was given breakfast vouchers and a wine token. We were offered a welcome beverage as well. Modern and clean rooms. Also a connected food hall with additional offerings. The bar staff was friendly and had a nice selection. Only downside was they closed by 10:45 on Wednesday. Look forward to returning!

Wow! Beautiful hotel in really fun area without the hassle of going downtown. So much going on with super busy lobby bar, connecting Food Hall, train, live bands, and night club. Seems like a mix of corporate/meeting travelers and leisure guests. Was told only 2yrs old but the construction looks like a historic train station. Staff was on point, taking care of everything with a great attitude. Will definitely come back.

Nice and updated room. Service was wonderful. Advised that this was to celebrate my wife for mothers day and the staff left a note and bottle of wine. So thoughtful! Benefits for Titanium Bonvoy were nice and the breakfast was excellent. Only meh was the parking at $24 but everything else was great!!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it was extremely safe. They also have lots of restaurants to choose from, live music, and so many unique amenities! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is also right in the center of downtown Grapevine and has great walkability to such a vibrant area. Highly highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel. I attended a company sponsored training here and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I had no expectations going in since I would not be staying overnight. However, upon arrival and trying to navigate my way to the ballroom where the training was being held, I received warm service from the front desk staff. Breakfast was delicious, and the ballroom we spent the bulk of our day in was beautiful. This was my first time at Hotel Vin, and I enjoyed my experience. I can see myself booking a night or two here for some R&R to get away from regular life.

Crystal was amazing getting my group in house and giving us a tour the evening of our arrival. This hotel was very well thought out, it is truly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a lovely dining experience at Bacchus with Peyton as our server. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the hotel and Grapevine. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, it was so delicious. We will certainly be back.
